We needed our garbage disposal replaced. John was neat, professional and efficient. His pricing was more than fair. I will definitely use John for any of our future plumbing needs. I highly recommend him!!

Thanks for the extra help and your professional service - for $500 less than I was quoted by another plumber for the same water heater! We're switching to Ford for when we need plumbing help in the future.

I highly recommend Ford Plumbing. Called back the same day and Was easy to schedule an appointment and showed up on time ! John installed a new hot water heater and fixed my leaking faucet. Everything is back to working condition and absolutely no mess was left behind. I would definitely use Ford Plumbing again. 😃

If you’re looking for a plumber recommend you go elsewhere. Ford cost us thousands of dollars of damage due his shoddy work and negligence. He accepted zero responsibility even though all documented. Not only that but offered zero compensation for his damages! Not even an apology! Very unethical business owner. Safe yourself the aggravation.

Was driving with my newborn and a toddler in the car and one of your drivers in your white work van decided to highly speed and cut me off and was a hair away from nailing my car and getting into an accident and hitting me because he wanted to cut me off because he was not happy that I was going to speed limit that is unacceptable and disgusting that somebody reflecting your company would be allowed to drive that way in a company van!!!!!! Will not post the full license plate but it started with 179!! unbelievable and you should be made aware of who is driving your work vans and how they're reflecting your company

We had John replace all of our water pipes from steel to copper. First he was very prompt even early for the day of the estimate. As far as the estimate went I had researched what the job should cost and it was right in the ballpark so I didn’t bother going to anywhere else being that this company had good recommendations. Finally two days of work and all was excellent he was again a few minutes early to work which is gold in my book. John is super nice and knowledgeable and answered all questions I had about our plumbing system as well as easy to have conversation with I couldn’t say enough nice things. All the work was completed on time and as promised. He even went above the call of duty taking action on what needed to be replaced. We’re so pleased with he job and most of all we can use both bathrooms at the same time with the washing machine and dishwasher going all together. I will definitely be keeping Ford plumbing on file and recommended to a few friends already.

Last week I made an appointment with Ford Plumbing, Lake Zurich, Il. to come to my home to fix three different problems I was having with my plumbing. Chris showed up exactly at the specified time,and I explained the problems to him and he began working on one of the problems. A short time later the owner of Ford Plumbing, John arrived and started on the other problem. One of the problems was an ejector pump in the basement which John examined. He could have easily told me I needed a new pump, but instead he said it was just a sticky switch which he quickly fixed. At the conclusion I was very happy with their honesty, and the manor in which they worked, and the price I paid for their work. If you need a plumber, call Ford Plumbing.

My husband and I had an emergency plumbing situation that happened over the 4th of July holiday weekend. We scrambled to find a plumber. The 1 plumber that told us they could help us right away was Ford Plumbing! We would have had to wait many days for any other plumber, and when it comes to plumbing, time is of the essence! John Ford came out and not only is he efficient, but he is also very nice, knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced. He expertly fixed our plumbing situation in a matter of minutes and guarantees his work! We will most definitely call Ford Plumbing again the next time the need arises and recommend John and Ford Plumbing to everyone who needs an outstanding plumber!

Started to have a rank smell in the hall bath. At first, I thought it was just teenage boy funk but this was just too much of a London sewer smell. Ford plumbing was recommended by someone on Nextdoor. Called and left a message - Jim texted back and had me do a simple test to see if it could be diagnosed. It was and he had someone come out within a couple of days. Tech was super polite, work was done quickly, and he cleaned up after himself. After a thorough explanation of what he did (he also fixed a leaky outdoor tap), he was on his way and the bathroom was no longer attracting flies. Price was reasonable and communication was great....will definitely use Ford again!

Current model, exact specifications, photos. Every detail they would need to give me at least an estimate to see if I could afford them. They wanted to come out which was fine but I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time if I knew I couldn’t afford them. They basically said I wasn’t being cooperative and they’d pass on helping me. Wow. Nice way to treat a potential customer (this all happened in under 5 minutes mind you). Now I I get to post bad reviews for them. Not that they care.

Our plumber, for 20 years, is out of commission due to a car accident and luckily, our realtor recommended John Ford. This is a man who knows what he's doing and he seems honest (I know that's an oxymoron....plumbers...honest...) but, he is. We had a clogged drain. Called John, he returned the call within 20 minutes and came out the next morning, on Saturday, and NO upcharge. His rate for a service call is $160 for one hour. This is a little higher than our usual guys but we get a discount. John riddled out the drain, made some suggestions regarding a couple other issues, cleaned up perfectly. Would recommend this company.

We recently needed the service of a plumber and after posting on our subdivision FB page Ford Plumbing was recommended a number of times. My husband contacted John at Ford Plumbing regarding a leaking water pipe in the basement. John's response was quick. He found the problem right away and was able to take care of it promptly. John was very friendly. For those who are particular about cleanliness - he covered his shoes upon entering the house and left the area he worked in as clean as it was when he arrived. I felt his fee was very reasonable and would highly recommend him.

We had a small wet spot in the ceiling of our basement bathroom that we decided we better get checked out. We called Ford Plumbing and they were able to come out the next day. They were able to identify and fix the leak, and since it was a basement bathroom, they were able to install a small access door in case of future issues that also allowed us to avoid having to repair the ceiling. All said and done they were in and out in under a half hour and after expecting a big expense I thought their pricing was very fair. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs!
