Kirk came out during our recent rain storm (the same day i called when 5 other plumbing services were unable to make it for more than 24 hours later)...i had a blocked sump drain (it drains under the lawn to the street through pvc pipe). he videoed the pipe to find a blockage, snaked the blockage (it was tree root growing into my pipe and also filled with dirt. he had the issue resolved in about an hour and a half. made recommendations for the pipe repair with other good companies that could do that part cheaper than he could due to his equipment availability for that task. he was very courteous, very straightforward on his job, his fee and his recommendations. He will be my first call next time i have a plumbing issue.

First impressions mean everything, Force Plumbing Service hit a home run with me! My son needed to locate and mark all the non-811 underground wires and pipes ASAP so his fencing company could install his fence the next day. I called Force Plumbing and spoke with Nathan explaining our dilemma. Nathan's response was, "I better get it marked today!" Late on a Friday afternoon, Nathan arrived and marked all items which allowed the fence to be installed the next day. Great service, great company!

They did great job, we were notified by are tenant that they didn’t have hot water and they were leaving for the weekend , we call several other services and it was going to be mid next week before they could get to us , we look to see if we could do something with no luck , seen force plumbing and made the call , they came out Saturday and got us fixed, would recommend them any time Thanks

I had both of my water heaters go out and needed two new gas water heaters installed. John and his crew from Force Plumbing came and replaced both water heaters and had me back up and running the same day. I would recommend this plumber in Lancaster for your hot water tank replacements. Will be using them in the future.

We had sewage back up in our basement and they where here within 24 hours and had the issue completely take care of. They where very fast and friendly. It was a very bad situation and they made everything easy and less stressful I couldn't have asked for a better experience with thus horrible situation
