Fly Plumbing was super easy to work with. They quickly provided an estimate and took care of submitting the COI to the condo management right away. Brendan, the technician, showed up on time and got the job done, even with the issues the building engineers had shutting off the main valve for one stall. He was polite, professional, and made sure to clean up thoroughly after finishing the work. I’d definitely recommend Fly Plumbing—especially Brendan—for their great service!

Tom was amazing! His “can-do” attitude really helped ease my anxieties about a minor flood that happened in my condo. Simple things like that make a tense, sometimes scary situation all the better to navigate. Brendan was timely, courteous, and resolved our problems with our failing toilet expeditiously. He had to replace a number of parts and explained everything he needed to do to get our toilet back up and running. He even gave me some tips on turning our water valve on and off! They came right away, and quickly inspected and addressed our issue. They were super informative and explained everything clearly. Demitro was very quick, and efficient with the toilet installation. Nice as well, we didn’t really talk or anything, I’m a bit of a stand off-ish person. Overall, a good guy. Even gave us an emergency shut off instruction sticker on our water heater. Would rate 8-9 stars if I could 👌🏾(No cracked tiles)

Dymytro came to my house and was very pleasant. We had a blocked main sewage line which was not an easily fixable problem. He was here for a few hours in and out of the house, to make sure he did not leave without a firm solution. He was sweating by the end of the job. I appreciate his hard work!

Fly Plumbing recently serviced my apartment. They were courteous and professional. The technician took the time to thoroughly inspect my water heater unit, completed the necessary maintenance, and cleaned up afterward. They also reattached a loose hose. Overall, a job well done!
