Phillip and Mike assessed some issues in our old house today that the home inspector did not catch- We knew there were some issues, but not how deep it went. They were very thorough, took their time, and gave us more than one suggestion for fixing the issue. We appreciate their time and expertise!
This company has fixed the inadequate work of multiple plumbers at my home. They are punctual, skilled, attentive to detail, and easy to work with. They also work closely with plumbing manufacturers to provide warranty repair more than their competitors. They are not the cheapest but they are great at their jobs. And in the case of potential plumbing leaks, you may get what you pay for. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend! We received a water bill stating we used 78,000 gallons of water, and after some investigating, we found my daughter's toilet was running. Mike and Mike came out, confirmed the issue was with 3 faulty parts and were able to fix the problem on the spot. They had great communication, were even able to show up before my appointment window, and the pricing was very fair and reasonable! I will be calling them for all our future plumbing needs!
The service from Flush Plumbing was very efficient and I believe they did a good job. However, their rates are extremely high. The plumber worked for less than 1 hour and we were charged $430.00 in labor costs to replace a toilet wax ring and fix 2 bathroom faucets. The washer costs for the 2 faucets totaled $242.00. The owner said they do not charge by the hour, but by the item and we needed 4 washers for each faucet. Total bill was $682.00 which was double what I was expecting.
We were billed over $400 just to have a new faucet installed, which we promptly paid. Several weeks later it was wobbly and began to drip so we called back to have it tightened up. With a simple turn of a wrench the problem was solved, however, we later received yet another bill for an additional $75! By email I explained that we didn't think that was fair nor did it match the promise on their website: "We provide a 1 year warrant on our workmanship!" The owner, Darrin, replied with an argumentative, rude response - not once, but twice... choosing to lose a long time customer who will no longer be recommending them to others.
