Jimmy did a great job at a fair price. He replaced my Rinnai v75 Tankless Water heater with the Rinnai RSC199iN. It wors much better and no more gfci trips.

Jimmy V and Jesse installed a tankless water heater and refurbished my water intake piping from the street. They completed the work, with a full clean-up. Jimmy explained the workplan and estimate of costs before scheduling the work to be done. They provide a clean, neat job, removed all trash and were very courteous throughout. I especially appreciate the detailed explanations of costs and equipment, and a clear estimate to see the cost breakdown. I feel good about having the best plumbing team available and feel very safe and worry free about all the work and plumbing installed.

Our service provider was Jesse Portillo Who is very helpful, explained everything that was going on, went to the store to pick up the correct parts not just any parts that would do. He even came back when we had further concerns and continue to help fix our problem. I was very pleased with the experience and I will not use any other plumbing service while I live in this area.

Don’t use them. They tell you work that needs to be done when it does not

After agreeing to a price for an inspection over the phone, tried to ask for more money, for the same service, the day of appointment. Huge waste of time. Extremely disappointing experience.

The owners of the company are actually customers of mine, on a personal level, the level of respect, gratitude, and all around attitude is fantastic. Truly honest and genuine people, If I ever have Plumbing issues that I cannot tackle myself,this is the only company that will be at my house with my trust to fix what needs to be done and know it will be done corectly. Great experience! They completely beat a competitor with their bid and did excellent work running a gas line for our hot tub, fireplace and cook top. Jimmy was kind, professional and explained everything. Incredibly fair and great value!
