Rueben and Nick both took great care of me when I needed a shower installed in my bathroom. They were on time and did their work quickly. There were no surprises, they explained evertyhing to me like an equal (which is not something I can expect from all tradespeople, being that I'm a woman). High quality work, good value for the cost and respectful service.
Thanks for the great service you provide. Unfortunately I had a clogged drain in my basement sink. Fortunately, I called you guys!!! Sam did an awesome job. He identified the clog and was able to clear it in one pass. Sam was very professional, knowledgeable and all around good guy. Will definitely use you again if need be.
My first experience was in 2017 with "Flow Rite" for a water heater. Excellent quality, price and professionalism. I'm a retired home builder of 35 yrs., I will NOT pay $600⁰⁰ an hour for TV & Radio commercials other companies are charging. You won't have buyers remorse with Flow Rite!
The plumbers who came out from Flow Rite were great — professional, fast, and skilled. The issue is the billing. I was quoted $1,341 for a six‑hour job, but the work was finished in two hours. When I asked about adjusting the price, the service manager told me they “don’t do this job for less than $1,500” and that I had to pay for commute time. The plumber is only about 20 minutes away. Charging for six hours of labor when only two hours were performed feels dishonest. If the job had taken longer, I would have expected to pay more — so the opposite should also apply. Because of this, I won’t be using Flow Rite again, and I recommend others be cautious about their pricing practices.
We had a main drain back up just an hour before having to go out for a funeral, couldn’t miss it. It would’ve been hard to let it go until the next day since every bit of water used in the house would just add to the puddle around the drain down in the basement. We called Vectra and they sent Sam. We had to leave by the time he got here, but we had arranged for access and he came in and did the job, finishing up just about the time we got home. Done and done. He briefed me on the work he had completed, and told me some things to do about main drain maintenance. I asked him if he had worked for Flow Rite Plumbing before it was acquired by Vectra, and he said yes. He loved his old boss and the job at Flow Rite, and it was a good company. He was a little apprehensive when Matt, the owner of Vectra Mechanical, bought the operation and combined the companies. Sam kind of expected that Vectra, being a bigger operation, would go all corporate on them, make a lot of changes, and mess up a good thing. Maybe Vectra would make them wear white uniforms like some of the plumbing companies that dress up like doctors, or do a bunch of layoffs, skimp on raises, stuff like that. I asked Sam how that worked out. He answered right away. Fantastic! Couldn’t be happier. When Matt took charge, some things started to change. Sam now had vacation time, and medical benefits, and was sent to training for a certification. It’s a good thing to consider that when a company takes good care of their employees, the employees’ loyalty and dedication to doing high-quality work becomes a great advantage. We are proud to be associated with Vectra Mechanical. As Sam reminded me, they’re not just drain clearing, but they do all kinds of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work for big jobs and small.
We’ve used Vectra for several years now… plumbing issues - toilet blocked waaaay down the line by a towel by a building contractor. Snaking the shower drains, resetting toilet. And AC issues… I believe heat exchanger and a thermostat issue…the exchanger master control panel needed replacing, and further the unit was not compatible with a nest thermostadt. Their service professionals are excellent, knowledgeable, and got the job done every time. We’re on an upper floor of a downtown multi use building. Not everyone services these! Vectra’s people-customer service as well as the techs- are all very easy to work with, very knowledgeable and explain everything. Including pricing for the different services. Wouldn’t use anyone else. The pricing I’ve listed is for the latest servicing we’ve had done, snaking two shower drains.
I have used Flow Rite Plumbing for at least 8 years and they always provide excellent service. All 3 of my toilets would not flush the evening of 12/26/2. I called first thing Friday morning and I was able to get an appt for 10 AM. Nick arrived by 9:45 AM and called ahead. He was very professional and friendly, kept me informed of everything he was doing along the way. It seemed like in no time I had all 3 toilets working again even after he had to go in my crawl space to do some work. I really appreciate the the outstanding service I received and would highly recommend Flow Rite Plumbing.
When two old retired people get up in the morning with a backed up sewer what do you do? You call a plumber. I called two one who promised after 5: the other for tomorrow morning. Then I called FLOW RITE. With no pun intended, what a relief, they were here within an hour. Their man Sam went right to work and quickly had us back on line. Sam is a multi tasker, able to work and talk at the same time. I really enjoyed our conversation. So look up their number lf you need them, write it down and save it if you don't. Worked directly with Ruben from the start! He was able to give us a bid remotely which saved so much time! Nick installed the backflow preventer a few days later. He had to get a bit creative with routing the line to the outside of the house from our main line in the crawl space but it still looks tidy and organized. He also was really thorough with going over how to winterize everything in the fall. The work was completed on time and on budget. I highly recommend this company!
We have Flo Rite (which as part of Vectra Mechanical) come over several times to rental properties. It is always easy to get an appointment and they are reasonably priced. Nich (the plumber) is so good at communicating with the tenant and property manager regarding any issues. He often goes above & beyond and really understands older homes well. Can’t thank them enough for all there help and glad we know the friendly face that will be coming by when needed.
I've had a few great experiences with Vectra Mechanical and Flo Rite plumbing. Office always answers when you call, competitive pricing, great service. I also like that they have HVAC, plumbing, and electricians under one roof. Some of the bigger projects tend to overlap in these areas and you don't have to worry about sourcing so many different vendors when you're not sure how they will all be working together via scheduling and payment options.
I wish there were more then 5 stars that I could mark. Rubin and his company are outstanding. Very experienced, dilligent, smart and good people. I should know, they did all the plumbing and gas lines for my basement buildout, including steam shower, Toto toilet, etc, and connected it to my existing plumbing upstairs. THen for a perio d of 7 years, I had the pleasure to call them to help with any problems I had. I trust them 100%. Felix
I couldn't be happier with the service from Flow-Rite Plumbing in Denver. Their team of experts quickly identified and fixed the issue with my plumbing. What stood out the most was their honesty; they didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs and explained everything clearly. I trust Flow-Rite for all my plumbing needs, knowing they always have my best interests at heart. Highly recommend!
10/10! Sam was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about Flow Rite! Ruben has always taken care of us and had our issues fixed right away. Sam, the plumber was professional, clean, kind, and didn’t try to sell us on stuff we didn’t need. He identified the issues and fixed it right away. 10000% would recommend to anyone trying to get their plumbing/hvac worked on. Best in town!
Worked with Flow Rite on multiple commercial and residential repairs, installations and service calls. They are professional, fair, communicative and transparent. Hard to trust anyone else after experiencing this level of professional support in the trades space. When worst comes to worst, I know they do the right thing. Thanks Flow Rite!
