Paul and Jerrod came out right away to fix our leaky faucet. Multiple quote options were presented and they were able to install a new shower cartridge in the same day. Photos were taken of the issue and Paul took the time to explain what was fixed with additional photos. It was pricey, but they were very helpful and saved us a lot of time and headache fixing the problem for us.
Paul from Flow Pros did an exceptional job preparing a broken water line connection under the concrete slab of our home. He examined the marked location of the water leak and devised a plan to access the leak through our floor and from the exterior of our home. His professionalism in executing the plan resulted in minor impacts to our floor and exterior. Paul was meticulous, courteous, and did a good job cleaning when he finished his work. Thank you Paul for helping us with our water leak project. Jim and Barb Chilton
Flow Pro’s tech Paul did a great job. He was able to come out same day to stop a leak and coordinate the job fix on my next available time slot. Paul worded tirelessly until the job was complete. He was skilled and personable. Highly recommend
We called and had an appointment for the next morning. Received a call letting us know the plumber would like to reschedule due to the current job he was on running late. Totally fine with that, agreed to reschedule for the next morning but let them know I was leaving town in the afternoon, and needed them out in the morning. They assured me they would, since it was rescheduled. The next morning comes, and I receive another call saying he's running late again. It's fine, as long as it's before noon. Another call asking to reschedule... AGAIN. No. You're aware of my schedule, and I was flexible enough the first day. Whoever schedules jobs needs more training and needs to learn how to read the notes. They lost my business.
Honestly, how can this company have a near 5 star review? let me start off with being WAY overcharged. I had an issue with my toilet, the guy came and started to tell me everything he felt was wrong with the toilet "BEFORE" he even removed it. then told me the cost to put a new seal and rod it out would be over 700 dollars. then I said I had a quote much less. he then said 500 was the best he could do. so I said fine. do it. when he left, my bathroom was a disaster. crud in the sink, all kinds of crud on the floor, not to mention a horrible shotty (trying to be polite and not say the S word) job caulking at the base when this high line toilet didn't even have caulk around it to begin with. now my toilet looks like it belongs in a double wide trailer. and spent an hour cleaning up after they left. stay far away!!! just another company hiring anyone to milk you dry. stay away!!!!
Flow Pros came out earlier this week and cleared a clog by pulling a toilet as we could not locate a clean out external to the house, the clog drained and all was well. Unknown was there was a deeper issue further down the line outside the house due to root intrusion. Within a day we had to call them back and they sent out an experienced plumber, Allan. We couldn’t find a clean out trap on the first visit (we just bought the house and previous owners did not know of a clean out trap), but with Allan’s years of experience he found the main line and the clean out trap before even probing into the ground for it. It was buried under years of dirt and mulch. Upon gaining access to it he identified the cheap green external PVC initially installed external to the house was structurally compromised by root intrusion and cracking of the pipe. Because of this he could not get his camera to pass to the end of our property. Allan said he could either do a spot fix up to five feet or replace the whole line to where it meets the county pipe. While more expensive, his advice was to replace the 50ft to the county line to ensure there were no more pipe intrusions. It came with a five-year warranty and credit of previous work completed towards the overall price. He was right, as the pipe was unearthed 2 more compromises were found further down the line. I was thankful and impressed with Allan’s experience, professionalism, sound advice, and expediency in getting us back up and running (with more resilient PVC). Allan identified the issue Wednesday afternoon and coordinated the permit issuing for digging and replacement from the county that night. He performed the digging and replacement Thursday and was cleared by the county inspector Friday morning. By 1:00 PM Friday the work is complete. Additionally, he took great care to neatly remove our top layer of sod and replace it after refilling the trench. Top notch service from Flow Pros, specifically, Allan.
My first impression of this company was "professional, timely response, and informative" I had an odd plumbing issue with my guest room office. Long story short I had tree roots, yes tree roots, growing into my plumbing under the base of the toilet... So Yelp I went and sent out 5 service requests with a quote. FlowPros responded with in a few minutes with some basic info and got in contact with with their awesome and professional plumber, Jared. Jared called me and asked a few more questions and was able to drive all the way from Clearwater beach to the riverview area near the end of the day. Every one else jumped around my questions and couldn't see me up to a week out. Not Jared and not FlowPros. They heard me out and listened to my issues and took it all into account. Jared made sure he was in contact with me through out the day via text and updated me where he was at when heading my way which was very nice of him so we could take care of the dogs before he arrived. Once Jared pulled up he came in wearing all appropriate PPE due to COVID19 and greeted me kindly and again professionally. Once inside our home he was very courteous and went to work right away. 20 minutes later maybe less than that he found the issue and explained to me what the next steps he was going to take to solve the issue. Another 20 minutes or so he had our toilet fixed, swept, vacuumed, and sanitized ready to go. Jared was extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend FlowPros for their services and fair pricing and highly recommend Jared. FlowPros, give this man a RAISE!
One of our toilets backed up so I went to Yelp to find a recommended plumber. After reading the reviews of Flow Pros Plumbing I messaged them through the Yelp app for a quote. Even though it was after 9:30pm the company replied within 10 minutes asking for some additional details and to confirm emergency service wasn't needed (it wasn't). They called around 8:45am the following morning and scheduled an appointment between 11am and 1pm that same day. Josh arrived just before noon with a smile and a friendly handshake. He reviewed the situation and provided a fair quote to run a camera through the main line to locate the blockage. After locating it he was able to clear the blockage and resolve the issue. He also provided a recommendation on a product to remove some sludge in the line and provided an additional quote for a hydro scrub to basically power wash the line if I'd like. While he was here I asked about replacing a ball joint on the main waterline into the house as the PVC handles had broken. The quote was fair so I approved the work. Josh left to purchase the part and returned to quickly make the repair. The 5-star Yelp rating on Flow Pros is definitely accurate and they've become a trusted company for any of our future plumbing needs.
I normally wouldn't round up from 4.5 to 5, but I am here. I would like to deduct 1/2 star because one of the two projects was a lot more expensive then it should have been (in my opinion). However, overall, Flow Pros was excellent and I have no problem recommending them. We had a pipe burst in our ceiling and we called Flow Pros. They came the next day - Donovan came with another gentleman. We specifically told Flow Pros that they needed to send someone who can get around right spaces, and the person Donovan brought was able to get into our attic and crawl through to fix the pipe. And I don't feel like we got ripped off for the work. The other item was a leaky kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced. Donovan went to home depot and bought the replacement parts and installed it, again quickly and efficiently. The problem was the total cost for the installation definitely exceeded any reasonable amount for the time it cost. I like the work, and they did a great job, but it was too expensive. Finally, their in-office team, especially Jared, are excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Anyway, 4.5 stars or 5, I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Had them come out for a pinhole leak in an exposed pipe in my garage. The plumber came out very fast and did a great job fixing the leak and actually improved the way the pipes were originally set up. The work took about 30 some minutes to complete. Very happy with the work but definitely Not happy about the price. Initially said it would be $600 and then offered senior citizen discount and military discount any the price came down to $450. Was just blown away for how expensive this was. Another issue I have is that when you call them out they tell you you have to pay 190 for them to just look at it and if you decide to get the job done with them they apply that to the work. So, if they come to your house and tell you the job is 600 and you say it's too much, you still have to pay them 190 to come out to look, so it's a bad business experience for the customer. You are at the mercy of their price, unless you want to lose 190. I wish there was some way to get a free estimate and then you could shop around to get a good price. Apparently plumbers do not allow that to happen. So if you use them, just get ready for an expensive job.
Called on a Friday afternoon to see if someone was available on Monday to come and reset three toilets after having new flooring done. Spoke with Jared (owner) and he gave me the name of a product that I could pick up and home depot that would be ideal for this type of toilet reinstallation. Jared also gave me a timeframe (between 2 and 4pm) of when he would arrive on that Monday. Received a call from Jared on Monday advising that he was on his way. He arrived, taking all the necessary COVID-19 precautions and began to inspect the work that was needed. A short time later, I received a text message on my phone with a link to the quote where I had to acknowledge the estimate. This was extremely convenient as really nothing had to exchange hands and it was a great use of technology. Work began immediately after accepting the quote and Jared did an outstanding job on all of the toilets and pedestal sink. Definitely a plumber that I would recommend. Great service and great work. Prices are reasonable and comparable to what the market rates are. No need to look anywhere else. Top notch!
We could hear running water inside the wall a few days after having a new water heater installed. Flow Pros was recommended by the leak detection company (Leak Ops - great company!). We had a slab leak. Flow Pros scheduled Josh to come out the next day. He took great care to try and avoid having to tear up our wood floors. He was able to access the pipe through a neighboring closet that shared the same wall. The total repair took about 4 hours and when he was done, although he had removed a section of the slab to access the pipe underneath, you cannot tell there was any repair made. Flow Pros explained every step of the process and their pricing was fair. They also helped us understand the dispute process with the water company and provided all the required documentation. It is too rare nowadays to be blown away by the care and professionalism of a service company. We were delighted with our experience with Flow Pros - although we sincerely hope we never have to use them again! We highly recommend them!
For anyone with any plumbing issues, I HIGHLY recommend Flow Pros. My mom had a leaky shower and we suspected there might be more of a major leak somewhere in the house so I contacted Flow Pros and heard back from Jared almost immediately. Since it wasn't an emergency, he told me Stephanie from his office would be reaching out to me the next day in order to schedule an appointment. True to Jared's word, Stephanie reached out and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. Their tech Donovan showed up and was able to fix the leak in the shower and also let us know that he suspected she might have a slab leak. They arranged for a leak detection company to come out the next morning and later that day after the leak was found, Donovan came back and fixed the repair for my mother. My mother is 92 and sometimes has a hard time understanding things yet Donovan was very patient and understanding with her. The price was very reasonable for all the work they did. Everything about this experience was excellent!
I called on a Tuesday and easily made an appointment for Friday. I love that I had my choice of a few different 'service windows' to choose from. As I was told he would, my technician called when he was half an hour from my home to ensure I would be there, which I was. I wish I could remember his name, because he was excellent. He showed up promptly, acted very professionally, and we walked together through my home so I could show him what issues I was having. Turns out, both toilets needed re-builds in the tank. My technician went to his truck so he could work up an estimate for me, and in no time I had agreed to the price and he got to work. He worked quickly and efficiently, and was done in less than an hour. I was completely pleased with every aspect of my experience, and although I did pay more than I had anticipated I would, I would definitely use this company again. I'm actually excited that I found my new, reliable plumber.
They had unreasonably high prices, even for weekend pricing. We only had them fix half of the job, basically the part that was the most detrimental. He showed up smelling like a weed factory, and fixed our dripping toilet line with a new hose, the part that connects the toilet to the wall pipe. For that, it was $474+!!! And guess what!, the toilet is still running!!! Like every 20 minutes or so, it runs for like 5-7 seconds, then stops. Yeah I could call them back to fix the issue and press them to do it for free, but why would I call a company that charged horrendous prices to come fix something they should've fixed for that high price, to begin with?! Yeah I could've hired a different company but it was an emergency when they came out. We literally had no water coming into our house. It was shut off at the water line outside to our house, and the handle of that shut off, broke off!! Not a happy customer, really.
