Alex came out. He was kind and friendly and reassuring. Alex is an amazing job to show up. Get the work done within integrity and commitment. I had a New water softener installed And I can’t wait to see how amazing my curly hair looks after today. Hands-down would hire them again for all plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed.

Bradley found the issue and provided a clear quote for the work, and Alex took the lead in fixing it. They were both friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. It turned out to be a larger project with some unexpected challenges thanks to our older home, but Alex always had solutions and still managed to stay within the original estimate. He was consistently respectful of our space and offered helpful tips as we navigate being new homeowners. It’s never enjoyable having to spend a significant amount of money just to get your home working the way it should, so I hope I don’t need to see Alex or Brad again anytime soon—but if you do need work done, I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic response! Had a complicated issue with an iron pipe. I called, got an immediate response, got a window for the next morning, and the problem was completely resolved by the middle of the afternoon. Jeffrey was efficient, explain the quote and what the work was going to entail, and kept his time estimate! He cleaned up nicely the area. Very pleased.

Just called to have them inspect a p-trap and maybe install a new one or not to pull a permit for a kitchen. The lady said they dont do that and hung up on me. Not professional at all

THIS IS NOT A TRUE 1 STAR RATING. IT SHOULD BE 0. BRANDON ROUNTREE ("owner") of Pipe Flow "Pros" (HAHAHA), LLC is a crook. He has 3 open lawsuits right now for doing garbage work, or not doing the work at all--because all HE knows how to do (somewhat) is clear sewer lines & talk consumers into paying for unnecessary plumbing repairs/replacements. He does not own his own equipment...He was leasing the heavy machinery from a friend who has recently repoed the equipment for non-payment. He was fired from previous companies for scamming customers into thousands of dollars of unnecessary work, because he is not qualified to diagnose he actual issue at hand...instead he just provides a ridiculous quote, the customer agrees to the contract, and the same problem still exists! This is more common than not with his work. He also does not have a Class A Contactor's license, which is required to pull permits. He uses someone's license in Florida (ILLEGAL) Most of the time, he doesn't even get permits for his work, because 1. he knows it will fail & 2. he RARELY completes a job. He also does not pay his employees, claiming he will pay when the customer pays him...he always has some excuse, but goes on vacations with his family, buys new hunting/fishing gear, tattoos, etc. He does not discriminate against who he will screw over for his benefit...customers, employees (including family members). If he can steal from you, he will. Do not be an easy target for him. Do NOT let him come to your home unless you feel like throwing money away & definitely don't work for him unless you like working for free and being lied to for weeks on end until you get blocked. Karma is a b**** & God doesn't like ugly. BEWARE OF BRANDON AND HIS SCAMMING "COMPANY".

I can’t say enough great things about Flow Pros Plumbing. We had a water leak from our sink drain line, and Joe came out on a Saturday and took his time to make sure everything was done right from start to finish. He was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the office staff to the general manager (Joe), everyone was helpful, patient with all of my (many!) questions, and never made me feel like any concern was too small to address. They were very transparent and upfront about pricing, which I really appreciated—and honestly, it ended up being affordable, especially for a plumbing emergency. The customer service is truly second to none, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. I’ll absolutely be using Flow Pros Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

I contacted Flow Pros Plumbing because I noticed that they are highly rated. I called, and told them about our leak in the kitchen, and asked them to send someone right away. We soon got a call from the Manager. He came out, and looked at the issue. He scheduled Alex to come out. Alex was very professional. He explained what he was going to do step by step. He wanted us to feel comfortable. We got an estimate the same day. When Alex came back out, he brought Joel to assist him. Alex knew how to tackle the project. He and Joel worked on it together till the grease broke up, and the water went through. We are very happy and excited to have our kitchen back in working order. Thanks to Alex and Joel at Flow Pros. We highly recommend them!

Allan was phenomenal and helped to resolve two plumbing issues we were experiencing. He also made recommendations for future repairs, but wasn’t pushy in trying to make a sale. He was very knowledgeable and showed us updates as he was working and explained what he was seeing and working on. Most of all, he was extremely patient with our toddler who was curious and wanted to see what Allan was doing while proceeding to ask him, “What are you doing now?” multiple times during his time working. He was so kind to let her check in and watch what he was working on and address her questions. If you call Flow Pros, we can’t recommend Allan enough!

Flo Pro Plumbing was fantastic from start to finish. We recently had a water softener installed, and our technician, Kahlil, did an outstanding job. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Kahlil took the time to explain the system, answer all our questions, and make sure everything was installed perfectly. The quality of his work and his attention to detail were clear. We’re extremely happy with the service and highly recommend Flo Pro Plumbing—and especially Kahlil—for anyone needing plumbing work done. Great experience all around!

Very positive experience from initial survey to install of a new hot water heater. Bradley was honest and thorough with the requirements of this install. Matt and Aspen arrived on time and were very friendly and knowledgeable. They worked like a team and completed the installation in record time with nothing but the best quality craftsmanship. lijah was the technician and provided exceptional service from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the issues and handled the repairs efficiently. He replaced two outdoor spigots and fixed a leaky bathroom sink with great attention to detail. I cannot say enough fabulous things about the immediate rescue service from the GM coming to shut off my water line at the street. Alex Cunningham was a professional and courteous and talented dude who solved the problem within about an hour and a half water back on slicker fixed and ready to go. Allan was fantastic. He explained everything that he was going to do to fix the issue of my washer backing up into my kitchen sink. He was kind enough to give me instructions on weekly maintenance to help prevent the issue in the future. I have had Flow Pros do work at my home twice, with several years between services and both times I was happy with the technician who came to do the work. I will call them for my any future issues.

Wonderful experience today with Don from Flo Pros! He did a great job installing a new water shut off valve inside the garage and a whole-house sediment filter. Also installed a new outdoor water faucet on the patio so I can water the plants. I had two toilets that needed repairs and that was handled as well. He was understanding when I asked questions during the process and he was very polite. Job well done!
