He took the time to explain the issue clearly and answered all of our questions. The work was completed efficiently, everything was left clean afterward, and the pricing was fair. Yeah. We called them a few days ago to see if anything was wrong with our gas fireplace, we've never had one and wanted to make sure it was okay before this coming storm. They came today and wanted to charge $600 + to fix it (this does not include the $82 diagnostic fee, which is fine, and also does not include the price of new logs, which we would supply but they would install for $300+). We can't afford that right now. So we went on YouTube and found out the thermal coupler was just dirty. We took it off, sanded and cleaned it, then replaced it. It took no more than 5 MINUTES. (Brand new ones are only $8) The logs are fine, by the way, and don't need to be replaced. It's running great. I'm incredibly disappointed in this company and really feel like they tried to fleece us good. I don't know if they do this often, or just before major storms. BE VERY WEARY of using them in the future.

Called Flowpro plumbing because of a backup. Technician arrived and began working. First tool used was not big enough. Had to get a bigger tool. Needed something bigger to clear clog. Technician kept me informed and was upfront with me all while working. Had to continue the next day to find a remedy for the problem. Upfront about cost and very professional.

I used Flow Pro for several home repairs ans they always do a great job. Technicians are always friendly and knowledge. Chris K was awesome.They also do whats best for the customer regardless if it results in less cost or services. Would definitely recommend.

Our bathroom sinks and shower were all draining slowly and Chris got all on them draining correctly. He was very professional and helpful!! Their price was very reasonable as well!! 10 out of 10 recommend!
