The owner Jacob was very professional and responded to my request within 24 hours. He was very friendly and courteous and went above and beyond with the quality of service. He answered all of my questions and was able to meet all of my plumbing needs. Stephen was very helpful and nice. He was prompt and did great work with installing our water heater. I experienced a sewage back up at my home on a Saturday. Called Flow Bros and Jason worked me in late that day. He opened the line and then deployed a camera to inspect the drain line. He discovered and showed me a spot where the line appeared to be collapsed. I hired him to repair the line and he dug and repaired the line the following day. Upon digging the line the problem was clearly seen. I fiber optic company the City allowed to run cable in the easement bored through the drain line and the pulled a cable through the line. Flow Bros was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, honest, and had the line repaired in the time frame promised. I will definitely call them when I have a plumbing issue in the future. I am giving them 5 stars because there isn’t an option to choose 6. I am exceptionally pleased with them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Flow Bros was recommended to me by another plumber who didn’t have time to come out and change the gas valve on our water heater. My experience with them was excellent — they were quick, efficient, reasonably priced, polite, and easy to work with. I plan to use them again in the future. I later recommended them to a family member whose tankless water heater wasn’t working. Although their initial repair didn’t completely fix the issue, Flow Bros handled the situation well once they were made aware of the problem. They came back out, replaced the part that needed attention, and even refunded part of the original repair cost. I really appreciate a company that stands behind its work and takes care of its customers. Flow Bros showed great integrity and professionalism, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them in the future.

Highly recommend Flow Bros. They replaced all of the cast iron sewer lines under our 2,000 sq. ft. home, fully tunneling under the slab, about 100 linear feet. Master plumber Jacob and his teammate Stephen did all the plumbing, replacing all cast iron sewer lines with PVC and drilling new drains through the slab in the kitchen and laundry. Also replaced sewer line out to the street. Jacob was super easy to work with. Communication was always quick and straightforward, work was completed quickly, and all of our questions were fully addressed. Jacob has decades of experience at replacing cast iron sewer pipes under homes, and it showed. Cost was very competitive. We are thoroughly pleased with Flow Bros and the high quality work they did for us.

I reached out to Jacob on a Saturday and he replied quickly and scheduled us super fast. Stephen showed up on time and was super thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions so patiently. He replaced 2 bathroom faucets, installed 4 bidets, and tested our water pressure. He even put back all our cleaning supplies under the toilet and gathered all our items and took all the trash with him. I couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend them and will be having them replace our water heater as well.

I am more than pleased with the service that I received from Flow Bros. In the last 5 years since my husband died I have had to deal with a lot of people and companies. Just about all of these people that I have delt with, should not be in the service industry. This company and the people went above an beyond. If you need a plumbing company you really should try Flow Bros. They changed out all the old plumbing (cast iron) to pvc pipe with out any real problems.

Jacob and Stephen are the best and I would recommend them to anybody! I had an emergency plumbing issue at my house and I called Jacob and even thought he had a full scheduled Jacob made sure to fit me in to come and take care of my issue right away. Stephen was there to handle everything and they finished out the job that same day! I really appreciate these guys more than you know. They are very professional and do an awesome job. My sinks and toilets weren’t draining properly, so I called around for prices and Flow Bros definitely had the best deal. Not only was it affordable, but the work they did was amazing. I wasn’t happy to hear I needed to have my sewer line worked on, but Jake and Stephen really helped me big time. They were very informative and polite from start to finish. I’ll definitely be using them again and would recommend to anyone who has plumbing problems!! Thank y’all!!

Great response time and extremely effective service. Pricing is very good and they didn’t try to push other things to fix. Same day service for some pretty serious problems/ leaks. One of the leaks got inside from a faucet and they got us with a restoration company the same day to start drying out and get insurance involved. Best service I’ve ever gotten from a Plumbing company in my life. We are glad to have found such a reliable service in the area.

We had Flow Bros Plumbing come out to fix a job that was previously mishandled by another contractor. They were fair, upfront and honest about the work. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail and having us understand the process. An excellent experience with FlowBros. They came out to inspect plumbing Issues noted in a home inspection report and was honest about what should and what didn’t need to be addressed and what items were most urgent. The plumber came out today to fix the first repairs. Very friendly service and costs seem to be comparable to other plumbing companies. I will have no hesitation in hiring them for other projects!
