This review is long overdue. We have used Flotek for a couple years now and in a couple houses. They are always very responsive. Of course things always seem to happen over the weekend. No problem with Flotek. They always respond and will even let you know if it is urgent or can wait. They have replaced an ejector pump, removed an old battery back up and replaced our toilet fill valve and flapper. They seem reasonably priced but I am a believer in sometimes you get what you pay for! Professional and friendly service every time! Thanks Henry and Gabriel!
A backup in the sewage pipes at my place of business left my customers without a bathroom. I called Flotek at 9:00 a.m., the problem was cleared up by noon the same day! They were happy to speak with my septic guy to gather all info beforehand and find the best solution to my problem. Prices were given ahead of time. Very nice guys, will use again- but hopefully not too soon ;)
I just had a water softener replaced, and about a year ago I had a water heater replaced in the winter around the holidays. High quality work, easy to get scheduled, great products, and reasonable prices. Flotek has become my go-to company for plumbing work.
