Had some trouble with the runoff pipe for our HVAC system. Brandon was able to get us on the schedule immediately. Jackson and his team did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend and will definitely be calling them for future needs.
I think when people refer you, you must be doing something right. Brandon took my call, understood my urgency and even though they were slammed busy, he routed his crew to my house within a few hours. Showed up when they said they would (actually early), knocked the job out quick, cleaned up. What else could you ask for? All around great experience. Thank you!
Brandon arrived on time and was extremely courteous. His expertise was evident, as he identified the issue immediately and resolved it quickly, ensuring everything was fully taken care of. He even followed up the next day to confirm that everything was still working properly. Brandon has been doing work for us since 2021, and he has been outstanding every single time. He is consistently friendly, respectful, punctual, and the quality of his work is exceptional.
Brandon and his team at Flotech have been amazing. He fixed the sink in my kitchen. And later he located a leak in the line in our crawl space and fixed it fast.
