Always a consummate professional, he is now my forever plumber. I first met Justin during a massive sewer connection project. This involved two different companies because the plumbing from the house to the street is a residential plumber, and the plumbing up the street to the main water line is a commercial plumber. Long story short, throughout this several months long project, I came to truly trust Justin’s advice over all others. He literally ended up saving me thousands of dollars all while doing excellent work. He worked for years with another company as their lead plumber on major projects. That company recently closed (luckily after my sewer project ended) due to the two owners having a falling out. After calling the chain store brand name types of businesses that offered weekend services, no one could come out until Monday. Then I found Florida Plumbers. He was able to come out quick. When he was here he went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable, professional, he showed us things so that we could help ourselves in the future, and extremely fairly priced, even for coming out on a Sunday. I had the unfortunate experience of having roots in my main line.... but the VERY fortunate experience of finding Justin with Florida Plumbers, LLC. Justin won my business over the phone, before even meeting him. I could tell he was honest and reliable. He did a great job- arrived on time, communicated through the work process, great work, fair price and he did a wonderful job with clean up and placing my sod back (last photo was post work). Justin was great to work with. Communicated well. Prompt and professional. He installed a new toilet in our only bathroom. We needed it ASAP, he was here first thing the next day. When he was done there was no mess for me to clean up and he remembered to grout the toilet. I've actually had a plumbing company forget to do that! We will definitely have him back to fix our sink. We did have him fix the sink! Just what we expected he communicated well and showed up on time. Did a great job fixing the sink. What will be our next project?

Prompt, professional and reasonable pricing. I had a pin hole small leak in the pipe outside where the water entered the house which had been 'fixed' by another company about a year or so ago. Justin arrived when he said and diagnosed the issue. I also asked for an estimate for a new water heater (current one 15 years old). We scheduled a time fix the leak and remove the old and install the new water heater. All working great and I've let friends and neighbors in the area of his company for any plumbing issues.

I had a major leak coming from between my driveway and island of grass. I contacted Florida Plumbers LLC at 6:55 pm. Justin Powell arrived to my residence in like 15 min. His customer service was outstanding and came super prepared. He showed me step by step of what the issue was and what he was doing to fix. His craftsmanship and knowledge to the job was above and beyond outstanding. I would recommend Mr. Powell to anyone that is looking for a great plumber. This guy was just amazing!!!!!!!!

Had a back up in my toilets and water standing in my tubs. It was 720pm on a Saturday night. Called 3 companies to come out, and 3 companies told me no. Called Florida plumbing and they came right out. Long story short it was a county issue. But Florida plumbing went above and beyond to exhaust every option before he turned it over to the county. Also he explained the situation to the county work crew upon there arrival.

The service I requested was very good and more than I expected. He came over to see what I wanted.Never tryed to say I needed More that I didn't needed.The price I was quoted was very reasonable. They were out the next day.Did the job and also fixed a small problem.i had.I now have a new plumbing Company.I recommend this Company to all of you. Justin was great. He was very professional and courteous. He arrived on time, assessed the problem with our toilet and water connection. He explained the problem in a way that my husband and I had a clear understanding of it , and then explained what needed to be done to fix it. Justin worked to fix the problem and left the area very clean. We will keep him and recommend him to family and friends.
