I recently had Flood Brothers Plumbing come out and address a clogged drain in my shower, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Giovanni and other plumber arrived fairly quickly and were incredibly professional, even wearing booties to protect my wood floors. They quickly assessed the situation and identified significant buildup in my drain. Not only did the resolve the efficiently and affordably, but they left my shower spotless. They took the time to look at a few other concerns my husband and I had. Any concern we had he took the time to check out and let us know if it was a problem or not. i absolutely loved their service and will definitely be using them again. They are truly amazing, and I cant recommend them highly enough.

I was overcharged for the plumbing repair that was only partially repaired. I was charged $1200 for 2 hours of work. Please see the attached photo This is how the repair was left.

You people are a first class rip-off. You tried to charge me $1250 for a job valued at $250. My tight friend who is a plumber was beside himself over what you tried to pull-off. I'm leaving negative words on the internet warning people away from you! Your survey below is BS. I kicked the guy out before I paid 1 penny.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding a recent service visit from Giovanni to address a leaking shower at my home. I appreciated Giovanni's professionalism and his help in identifying the solution. We had already planned to replace the original shower hardware, and he kindly waived the $150 service fee, understanding that this would likely lead to a larger job for your company. I requested two quotes: one for the entire job, including parts, and another for labor only. I was disappointed to find the first quote was for $4,995.00 and the second was for $2,995.00. The $2,000 difference for hardware was particularly concerning, as I could purchase the exact same parts online for approximately $1,000. Regarding the labor-only quote of $2,995.00 for one plumber and an assistant for an estimated four hours of work, I found this to be excessive. An average plumber rate is $150 per hour, it was obvious that the quote was disproportionate. When I inquired, I was informed that your company charges a full eight hours of labor for a plumber, regardless of the actual time spent on the job. While I understand your company has a strong reputation, I do not believe it is ethical to charge for eight hours of labor when only four are required. Due to these pricing concerns, I ultimately declined your offer and explained my reasoning.

We had an amazing experience with Flood Brothers. All of our sinks were backing up, and having dealt with a similar issue six months ago, we were bracing for the worst. Last time, another plumber snaked the pipes and temporarily resolved the issue, but the problem came back. This time, we called Flood Brothers based on their strong reviews—and I’m so glad we did. They arrived within an hour on a holiday, which was incredible! They came fully equipped with the tools to properly scope out the issue and identify the clog, and within minutes, everything was flowing again—sinks, toilets, the whole house. They were fair and upfront with pricing, and what really impressed me was their proactive approach. They noticed significant buildup in our pipes and recommended a deep cleaning with a powerful machine that clears grease and debris throughout the entire system. It looked like a beast—but did the job. Even better, it came with a 1-year warranty: if we ever have another clog, they’ll come out and clear it for free. The team was skilled, friendly, and professional—thank you, Felipe! Communication was clear, pricing was transparent before any work started, and they had all the right tools for the job. My kitchen sink clogged up and started leaking so I called Flood Brothers based on Google and Yelp reviews. My plumbers were Steven, Mike and later on Anthony. What was supposed to be a simple kitchen clog turned out to be a bigger problem as the clog went all the way to the main pipe in my apartment building. The job turned into a 4-night job and a lots of frustration on all of us. They said it was the worst kitchen clog they’ve seen in 30 years, even worse than restaurants. I’ve only lived in the building for 2 years so it must have been all the grease caused by all past residents that were never cleaned. Steven and Mike remained very patient and methodical with their approach, diagnosing the problem and fixing the issue step by step. They kept me informed all the way and did the least invasive steps as much as possible. They were finally able to clear it after their 4th day. Really appreciate their hard work on this tough job! My only minor complaint was that they were always running late to our appointments. These guys work hard so I understand but there were a couple of times they arrived 2 hrs late. Other than that, 5 stars!

I can’t say enough great things about Flood Brother’s Plumbing. Before finding them, I had called three other companies—each one either quoted outrageously high prices or told me they were too booked to help, especially on a Sunday night. Meanwhile, I had a broken pipe and no idea what to do. Then I came across an ad for Flood Brother’s offering true 24-hour service. After my wife called, Giovanni—the owner himself—was at our door within 45 minutes, fully prepared to tackle a job that every other company had brushed off. Not only did he fix the immediate issue on the spot, but he returned the very next day with his team to complete the full repair. Their workmanship was exceptional, their professionalism unmatched, and to my surprise, the final cost came in about 20% lower than the other quotes I received. They even cleaned up so thoroughly that our kitchen and bathroom were left in better condition than before the incident. Giovanni and his team exceeded every expectation. If I could give them 10 stars, I genuinely would. Flood Brother’s Plumbing has earned a customer for life.

The Flood Bros plumber who came to my house in late July 2025 did an excellent job in diagnosing the several problems I had called about—and then patiently explained what were my various options. I knew there were basic problems that had festered or at least lain unresolved for—ok, ok—a couple of decades! All ended being resolved, from the replacement of the lever in the cut-off tank at the curb, to the replacement of the ball valve and adjoining copper pipe to cut the water off next to the house. All that done expeditiously before repairing the two leaks in the exposed sprinkler pipe along my back wall. I could go on but anyway, all got resolved, I got tutored in how to deal with emergencies, and the clean-up was perfect. The price, though steep, was in my view worth it. And Brandon Kelchner was a delight to work with: Professional, painstaking, polite, and incredibly patient with me.

Flood Brothers did an excellent job clearing a complex blocked drain for a fair price. A team of two plumbers were professional, courteous, had expert skills, worked efficiently and cleanly (took very good care that nothing got on my carpets or floors). And they were careful not to break or harm any anything while fixing it. Giovanni was superb at diagnosing the problem, explaining what they would do, and then doing it in an expert manner. He clearly explained what future options might be to clear or prevent drain blockage (hydrojet, video, epoxy liner) but did not pressure me to do more this time (or ever). There was no pressure or “upsell” to do more work. Fast response time. Good communications. I can see why their reviews are all 5 star raves – all justified.

Update: this time I needed valve replacement in order to have a new clothes washer installed. Phillip helped me navigate a confusing situation with the vendor and what their requirements and code standards were. Thank you!!! I needed emergency plumbing services on Christmas eve and Flood Brothers came out right away. Our first floor was flooded and the sewer was backed up due to the rains and a cave in of the connection to the city pipe. Total disaster. These guys worked their butt off to fix the problem. Took two weeks and a LOT of digging. Replaced a damaged pipe and a destroyed connection to the city sewer line. They also did the remedial work inside the house. Special thank you to Jeff Young who coordinated all the factors and made it happen.

Amazing Experience with Brandon at Flood Brothers Plumbing! Brandon was absolutely incredible—truly the kind of professional you hope to find but rarely do. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood the issue and the best solution. Beyond his expertise, his vibe and energy were just the best—so kind, respectful, and genuinely positive. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel totally manageable. I would hire Brandon again in a heartbeat and will absolutely be recommending him (and Flood Brothers) to everyone I know. He’s a total gem!

Flood responded quickly (within a few hours) to my Friday service request to address an outdoor sewer-line leak. Jeff determined there was a blockage requiring jetting of the line. He returned Saturday morning with a jetting crew, cleared the line of roots, explained the nature and extent of the issue, and prepared an estimate for replacing the old and damaged sewer line from home to city line. As a result, the immediate problem is cured and I have a clear understanding of the situation and how to address it permanently. Everyone involved seemed competent and was pleasant to deal with.
