Flint Plumbing fixed a problem with our shower/bath that another plumber couldn't figure out. They came the same day we called them and were prompt as well as communicative. We will definitely be using them again if another plumbing problem arises. I strongly recommend this family business.

Reached out to Flint Plumbing, the day I found out my water heater was bad and they were able to accommodate and change it the next day. Quick work, fair price, and overall really good quality of customer service and installation. Thank you so much, would definitely recommend!

Flint Plumbing came out today to conduct a Hydrostatic Leak test on my sewer system. Chad was very nice and professional and conducted the test within 1 hour. I appreciate his services.

I'm reading the reviews for Flint plumbing and I see adjectives that describe it as a good company. Sadly, I did not experience what is being described. The guys came to my home somewhat diagnosed the issue and said they would give me an estimate later in the evening. Evening came. Next day came. The next day came. And the next day came. No estimate from this "beloved company." They obviously did not understand the anxiety I had about a leak in my house that was spreading by the day. I ended up calling Oxford Plumbing on Sunday morning and someone came to my house w/n 45 minutes. He said I had a slab leak and started the repair w/n 24 hours. Flint plumbing may be a good company, but I will never know. Chose wisely

They got the job done, but very pricey. One valve and two faucets were fixed. The original quote was $500-700 parts&labor all-included. But they charged me $760. They arrived at 9:40am and the job was done at 11:45am, during that period they left to buy the part from 10:10am to 10:55am. That brings their hourly rate to $451/hour.

Flint and Associates plumbing are complete professionals. Ran into a gas leak issue due to poor finish out by Ryland Homes that reared it's ugly head 18 years later. After getting new roof shingles from the recent hail storms the Roofing contractor hit my a flex gas line that ran from the black gas pipe in the down the angled portion of my ceiling down the outside wall to the cooktop. This is what they discovered after isolating all the gas lines to the attic. Proper initial install from the builder using a couple of brackets that would cost a couple of dollars would have prevented this all. Chris and Chad Flint were confident they could get to the bottom of the issue. Developed a game plan to isolate the gas systems to find out where the leak was coming from. Having current state of the art tools help prove useful in this situation. They were able to install a couple of valves in the gas lines without having to thread the black gas pipe. This saved valuable time because they happen to be at my house on the hottest summer day of 2018 here in the Austin area. It was 110 degrees that day in the shade in Pflugerville and they were up in my attic working away. They isolated where the leak was coming from by installing 2 additional valves and pressure testing the system, and isolated the leak to the section going to the cooktop. Further investigation discovered that a flex line ran from the ceiling down an angular portion of my ceiling and down the wall to the cooktop. Unfortunately, this area was right along the roofline and they couldn't diagnose the issue any further from the attic. They needed to cut a hole in the drywall in the ceiling to determine if this was the culprit. They prepped the kitchen with plastic tarps to prepare for the insulation that was going go to come down. They only made a 1x1 foot cut in the ceiling used a trash bag to capture the insulation. It just so happened they hit the jackpot and the cut in the drywall was exactly where a roofing nail had pierced the flex gas line. All the builder had to do was use a bracket to attach the flex gas line to the roof rafter to prevent the gas line from bowing and touching the roof decking. They identified the type of flex gas line and went to the plumbing supply to get the parts need to fix the repair. Came back made the repair and pressure tested the system. They cleaned up the work area while they were pressure testing the system to make sure there weren't any additional hits to the gas line. Thankfully that was the only one. With the work they completed to isolate the different sections of gas line in my attic; I now have the ability to isolate the gas system in the future. I was able to then call the gas company to have the gas turned back on. The Flint brothers are true professionals and are talented plumbers. They work well together bouncing ideas off each other on the best ways to approach the problem. I witnessed this first hand. I am one of those customers who likes to be involved in knowing what the problem is and lending a hand if needed. I am especially curious on how these tradesmen do their job. I am fascinated on the problem solving skills these folks learn throughout there career. If you need plumbing done right at reasonable rates this a local company you can count on. Looking forward to working with these guys in the future adding a second sink in my two daughters bathroom!

We hired Flint Plumbing to repipe our home in Windsor Park, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Results, price, everything! When the cold weather started this year we noticed the flow in our master bath was restricted. We originally called one of the big plumbing companies in Austin (they did our HVAC), and they told us the pipes in our house were original and corroding from the inside out. They said that we’d need a full repipe to fix the issue. They gave us a bunch of quotes (some included extras like whole-home water filtration), but the prices were… shocking so we decided to shop around. I’m so thankful we found Flint Plumbing. Not only were they way more affordable, but Chad and his team were amazing to work with. From the first consultation, they were super respectful, took the time to answer all my questions, and asked for my input on things. They handled everything, including fixing the drywall and siding, all for the price they originally quoted. My husband and I are newer homeowners and it can be stressful dealing with a big plumbing issue for the first time but they made it as easy and as stress free and it could possibly be. I felt totally taken care of the whole time. I’d recommend them to anyone and will definitely call them again the next time I need plumbing work done. Thanks so much Flint Plumbing!

Recently I was terribly stressed out -- in the middle of a shower installation, my hot water stopped working. Accidently I registered with Angi's list at 10:00 pm. At 7:30 the next morning my phone began ringing. About 9:30 another call. It was Chad Flynn. He was SO nice But i was exhausted having had so many calls. All I could say, please give me your number and I will call you back. After reviewing a few calls, I called Chad. He and his crew arrived about an hour later. I felt like I was in heaven. Three young, kind, energetic men went right to work. In about Two hours the job was complete. Clean. Fast. Reasonable price. I could not be more pleased I have no reservations to recommend to my neighbors and friends.

I cannot tell you how happy I am with Flint Plumbing! I found out a couple years ago that not all plumbers will work on manufactured homes so was really worried when the gas company said there was a leak somewhere under the house that needed the attention of a plumber. I made an appointment with Flint Plumbing. Chad, who was an incredibly nice guy, came out went under the house, located not one but two leaks. He clearly communicated what the problem was and what was needed to repair it. He worked quickly and was very professional. I will definitely be calling again for any future plumbing needs. Thank you Chad!

Chad and his brother Jordan (Owners) were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and respectful of not only me but for my home. In addition, the cost to get my slab leak was much less expensive than other quotes we received. They also replaced two of my toilets and took away the boxes and old toilets. I highly recommend for all plumbing services. Thank you for the great service, Flint Plumbing. We had a second slab leak in less than 3 weeks and Chad scheduled us in quickly and expertly repaired our second leak. The service was exactly as noted above. Thank you again Chad and team at Flint Plumbing!!!

I could not be more pleased with Flint Plumbing. I hired them to replace my hot water heater. I received several estimates before deciding on a plumber. Flint Plumbing offered the most competitive bid for the work. They were extremely responsive, providing answers to all of my questions and getting me on their schedule faster than any other company. The gentlemen who did the work were professional, competent, and so friendly. I highly recommend Flint - I had never needed a plumber before, but guarantee I will be using them for all my future plumbing needs!

Great experience with this Buda based Plumbing company. They were very professional and responsive and got my water heater replaced and up to code. Being able to text made communication much easier than phone tag. They replaced my water heater with a professional grade unit. If you are not aware, you can't get these units from your local big box store. Don't cheap out and buy your own, those 6-year "warranties" are an expiration date for your water heater. If I ever decide to do any other plumbing upgrades, I will be contacting Chad first!

Flint Plumbing in Buda, TX really came through for us during a plumbing emergency. While we were on vacation, our hot water tank leaked, and they responded quickly to help get things under control while we were away. We really appreciated that they allowed us to credit the emergency service fee toward the cost of the new tank and installation. On top of that, their quote was the best price out of three local plumbers we contacted. Highly recommend them for both their service and value!

My wife and I have used Flint Plumbing for years at both our rental home and personal residence in Austin for various jobs large and small. They are a family business and are always timely, get the job done right, are honest about pricing and what the real issue(s) were. They do not try to promote additional work and charge you for the work you need and nothing else. Highly recommend Flint Plumbing for anyone needing skilled plumbers who do quality work for a fair price.

We used Flint for slab leak detection and repair. They were one of three companies we called for an estimate. Chad (co-owner) was notably more knowledgeable than the two competitors, and offered way better pricing. Appreciate the expertise, quick help, and quality service. I am proud to support a small business with quality folks that do quality work at a reasonable price. Next time we have any type of plumbing need, we will immediately call Flint. Highly recommend.
