Jacob Byrd was the technician. He let me know when he would arrive. He was very polite and professional. He explained things to me in a way that I understood. We discussed the options that I had and gave the pros and cons of each option. He installed the new garbage disposal, checked to make sure everything was working properly and cleaned up . A very personable young man. I would recommend him to family and friends.
Highly recommend Jimmy with Fix It Services! He showed up on time, was polite and professional. Jimmy quickly diagnosed our plumbing issue and had it fixed before I had time to finish my coffee. Great service!
The technician was excellent! Came early (GREAT), had all the tools and supplies needed and was very efficient at the replacement. Explained what he was doing and did a GREAT job. Would certainly use him again! It was done through Choice Home Warranty so my cost was a deductible.
I was having a thermometer/heater issue I filed a claim with my warranty company, and they sent it to FIX IT! They were supposed to reach out to schedule an appointment I had to reach out to them. When the time/day came the driver didn't show up during the time slot I was given which was 8-10am. I called the office at 9:30 am and the office manager informed me that the driver wasn't able to find their keys but will be out there as soon as possible. The technician showed up around 10:30-11am and complained about how far the drive was from their office to my home. After I explained to him the issues, he diagnosed the issue and indicated that the thermostat was not good. We would need to replace it but that they didn't have any on hand he would have to come back tomorrow. Someone from the office would call me to schedule the appointment. No one ever called me I had to call again and spoke to the office manager, and she indicated that they should be on their way. Once the technician showed up once again, he complained about the drive and then went to work. They completed the job, but their communication and customer service needs help and that is why I only gave a 3-star review. I would not request them for future warranty work because of this experience.
Jacob and James did an awesome job swapping out my water heater from the attic. They even went above and beyond with little details like covering the carpet so they didn't track dirt or any possible spillage from tank. Highly recommend if you need anything from FIX IT that you recommend them directly.
