Thank You to Dennis G of Fix-it 24/7. He arrived as scheduled with a great attitude. Dennis assessed the issue with my bathtub drains and determined they needed to be replaced. I received detailed information on options and costs. Dennis provided Excellent Customer Service and Workmanship. The work area was left in good order. He definitely deserves 5 stars. 😊

Our furnace stopped working one evening and Fix-It was incredibly responsive. They got a tech out the same night and let us know the evaluation cost upfront. Antonio quickly diagnosed the issue and gave us a price for parts and labor. The next morning he brought the part and we paid the agreed price, which was fair and reasonable. He worked efficiently and even taught us how to prevent this in the future. We will definitely use this company again.

I have been with 888 Heating for years, and was not aware they had merged with or had been bought by Fix-it 24/7 until I scheduled my yearly maintenance appointment. I was skeptical, because I have had excellent service from 888, and wasn't sure if this company could meet the quality of service I have received in the past. I am happy to say that Antonio B. not only met, but exceeded my expectations! He provided one of the most thorough maintenance tune-ups I have had. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do, and provided before and after pictures of his work. I told him that I hoped he was as good as 888, and he said that he hopes he can be better! He was right!

DO NOT USE THEM!!!! quoted us $35K for a full pipe replacement. Had another guy come take a look and it took him 2 hours and $100 to get the job done.

I scheduled an appointment to have a thermostat replaced on a gas fireplace, Thursday between 1-5. No one showed up, after I waited for 4 hours. I called the office at 4:30pm and was told that they don't work on fireplaces?????? Should have someone called me to let me know before I waited for them for 4 hours????? I was offered a $100 dollar credit towards future services but frankly I don't feel comfortable using this company. FYI I also spent $35 thousand dollars having my ac and furnace replaced by this company and now I'm afraid they won't show up for warranty maintenance. Unacceptable and incompetent! I was also promised a call back today which never came.

Made our annual system check for our AC in April (17th) of this year. Given a May 20th date. They called that morning to say that they were short handed and needed to reschedule. Told us June 17 was earliest date. In early June we turned on our AC to find it was not blowing cool air. Called and let them know this. They told us June 17 was earliest they could get to us. Since they were coming out anyway we said okay. On the 17th I called before 8 AM to check that we were on their schedule and was told yes we were and that we were scheduled between 10 and 2. Made phone calls to them at @4 and 6:30 since they still were not out. During the 6:30 the company rep said that they do not give widows of arrival times although was given one that morning and every other time we have had them out. The tech did not arrive until just before 9PM. We had been put on priority status . Remember, we had this appt. scheduled for a month. Wasn't like we called that day to schedule it. Problem was a simple outside switch was not on. We did not know this as the two previous years we have lived in the house, FixIt has gotten the AC system up and running during their annual check up. Here's the kicker: We were charged an "after hours fee:" , (albeit discounted from their regular fee. ) We paid it to get the AC on. If they had not cancelled our May appt this all would have not been necessary. Also, we are preferred customers as we belong to their Green Club that we pay a monthly premium for. Part of the perks of that membership is guaranteed appointments. Disappointed that our "guaranteed appointment" got pushed back to the point where we had to pay a late appointment fee. Now, we likely won't be able to schedule our no cost annual system checkup until Fall.

The installation of my new furnace went well. So far anyway. However I opted in for the monthly service plan because I wanted a monthly check up and filter change on the unit. The technician checked in with her supervisors to see if that was covered in the plan and said it was. However it was not. They could provide the service but with a fee over $40. What is included in the monthly service plan is they send out technicians from other fields such as electric and plumbing to upsell you services, which of course are not covered under the plan. So now I am out 2 months cost of maintenance fees which doesn't cover my unit at all. Except for an extra fee. I canceled my service and no refund was even offered. It is most disappointing because I would not have paid for the service if I would have known my unit was not covered even though the technician on-site during install checked to see if it was. So either the technician did not know what they were talking about or they told them to just sell me the monthly subscription maintenance plan anyway. Needless to say this was a disappointing experience.

Buyer be aware!!! I had them out for both my hot water heater and AC. My hot water heater to replace was quoted super high!! I had other quotes from other great companies for a lot less. I had them out to tune my AC. The tech got super grumpy and didn't want to really do anything after I would buy a super expensive part for my AC. Then I had some issues after turning on my AC for summer due to the tech they sent out. I called them again and they sent out the same grumpy tech. He just blamed it on me that I broke it after he was here by adding a new thermostat. I had someone else come rescue my AC due to the bad grumpy tech. He just wanted to sell me a very expensive part I didn't need and when I did except he got mad and was not nice. I had another great company come and fix my AC and it works perfect. These people just want to sell you expensive parts or a whole new one that is way over priced. I will never use or recommend them. Bad and most horrible company with bad horrible people working for them.

Do not call these guys! They will try to scam you. Last week, my furnace went out, and I called them. Within 5 minutes, I should have told them to leave. The tech inspected my furnace and told me the fixed part would be at least $800.00 plus labor. He then told me he could not get the part and asked me if I would like a quote on a new furnace. I figured since you are here, why not? Then the game started. "I'll see if I can get someone!!!!" "My boss happens to be 10 minutes away!!!" They quoted me $10,000 to put in a basic 80,000 BTU unit. Let's break this down. The unit cost $1400. he told me it would take two guys 3 hours to install it. If I paid them $200 an hour, that would be $1,200.00. So now we have a cost of $2600. So I asked the rep where the other $7,400 was. Then he told me he could bring the price down to $1,000 if I order now. The next day, I got a quote from a reputable company for $3,800 with a unit installed. Do not call these guys. I'm a senior, and they tried to play me.

I did their AC cleaning special they had on Facebook and I was pleasantly surprised at how great the service and level of detail that was given for the price. The technician (Abdullah) spent a significant amount of time deep cleaning my AC unit outside. In addition to cleaning, he looked at the electrical components, fans, etc. Also, he spent time inside looking over the AC, heating, and water heater systems for general things and warning signs. He was extremely knowledgeable, and he wasn't overly pushy trying to sell me a bunch of stuff while he was there. I would recommend anyone sign up for their service. Amazing value. I have signed up for similar promotions with other companies and they were awful. I've had other companies just come in, not do any cleaning or maintenance and basically just tell me everything they wanted to charge me to replace. Was very happy this was totally different.

They scam Veterans and seniors. We called them to clean our air conditioning unit. They didn't do it and claimed our unit was too old. They talked us into a new air unit. 12000 later the first unit they brought out didn't work at all. The second unit froze up after a couple weeks and stopped working. They convinced us the problem was our old furnace which was working fine. They said the blower was too weak to handle the new air unit so we were talked into a new furnace for another 8500. Now we have a unit so loud it sounds like a jet flyingng over and because the units are not right we have 55 percent humidity. I looked it up and found that it the unit isn't sized right it will cause humid air instead of dehumidifier. I have COPD and live in Co. for the dry air. This has been a nightmare. Now they say nothings wrong. Terrible business.​

Based off how your drivers are on the road, I will never want business from your company nor recommend your company to anyone. Your driver in van V69 is the cause of this review. Driving down Indiana this morning by the Candela’s around 8:23am and there is merge area down to one lane, your driver speeds up to make it so I can not get ahead of him and tries to hit my car. He continues to lay the horn on like I did something wrong. It’s not my fault if you don’t have common sense of Colorado road laws. How sad and miserable of a person can your driver be to be acting that way in a company vehicle…. I truly hope your vehicles have dash cams so you can see how petty and disrespectful your driver was this morning when they were in the wrong in the first place. Would give a 0 star if possible because of how unnecessary that was.

I heard an offer on the TOM MARTINO SHOW for $39 furnace tune up and the same for the AC. Made the appointment and the tech showed up. Turns out they were my provider one year ago known as 888 Heating. Very professional but he told me 1) my furnace blower motor is leaking oil and rpm is dropping causing the furnace to overheat. That would be $1400. I declined as the system has worked well over the winter. But in the invoice he stated the "system is working normally." He serviced the AC unit and reported the capacitor is out of tolerance and thats another $300 plus. I'm getting a second opinion because this experience is just like going to a car dealer for an oil change and they start to nickel and dime you right off with needless repairs.

The experience, furnace and AC preventative maintenance, with Fix-it 24/7 was very good. The office kept me informed when the technician, Alex, would arrive. When Alex arrived he informed me the temperature outside was too low to do the AC part, but proceeded with the furnace maintenance. Alex did a wonderful job taking the furnace apart and cleaning the components. When finished he informed me of several items that needed attention and provided pictures of the work he completed. Overall the experience couldn't have been much better. If you're able to take advantage of the "First time $39 furnace/$39 AC" special my suggestion is to go for it. You get everything you would paying full price.

HORRIBLE!!!! Don't waste your time or money. We waited 3 weeks to get our A/C fixed, then they canceled on us the day of (after a week of 90 degree temps). Called, got back on the schedule and waited all day at home only for them to cancel again! We called earlier in the week for a plumbing emergency (they say 24/7) on a Sunday, no one was available, we were added to a waitlist but never was called back. Two instances of horrible customer service and failures to service. Don't trust this company to get anything done. Again, don't waste your time and money. You'll have more stress and anxiety waiting for someone to show or cancel on you.
