Jefferson was our tech and he was amazing. Not only was he very knowledgeable he was very helpful. I loved the fact this company supports our veterans. My husband is a veteran and we appreciate companies that shows appreciation . Jefferson helped fix an urgent matter while reassuring me everything will be fine . He also gave insight on things we should consider fixing in the near future and helped me understand the reason behind it . Thank you Jefferson for being amazing and professional. These guys were great. We had our A/C cleaned up earlier this year, and repaired, and just had our plumbing worked a day ago. They did a fantastic job. It is nice to hear the professional and technical breakdown of each of the issues we had, and how they were being resolved. Additionally, for the plumbing visit, the technician mostly worked with my wife, but was very courteous to work quietly while I was on-call and in meetings. Not only do these guys have the professional knowledge and are thorough with their job, but they are courteous to being in our home as well. Their work is exceptional.

Well Fix it 24/7 yall sent the man for the job...I could call Mike Miller amazing, awesome, fabulous but those words don't do him justice because his work, knowledge, professionalism and his personal service are over the top!!! He fixed the faucet in our shower that even leaked not dripped with the hot & cold turn off it pouring like Niagara falls..which has been going on for not a month but MONTHS! He explained everything and fixed the problem...Mike honestly is a Ninja Plumber! Will we call Fix 24/7 well yes, yes and more yeses! Thank you Mike for doing a wonderful job and caring about your customers..you are the best of the best!😊oh and yes thanks Mike we won't have mortgage our house to pay our water NOW 😄

I had an excellent experience with my technician Michael O. from 24/7. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything that was going on with my AC system. He provided clear photos, walked me through the issues step by step, and made sure to consult with his supervisor and the finance department to give me accurate information. I really appreciated how transparent and patient he was. It made a stressful situation much easier to understand. Highly recommend their services.

Joshua Brown went above and beyond to help me figure out a solution to my failing 20 year old system. He and his manager were extremely thorough in explaining brands, and gave me the confidence that they were experts in AC/ heating, and their kindness and authenticity is rare in today’s world. That combination of professionalism backed with character makes them an “A” in my book!
