I had a clog in the bathroom which plugged up the shower, toilet, and tub on one side of the house. The two young men who came to help me were kind, patient, polite, and not deterred by some extra challenges. They started with a 25 foot snake, but had to then use a longer one. They first found a small hex tool in the drain. Then they continued to look for the actual clog. It took a few hours but they found it, and it was stubborn. These two guys just kept working at it until it finally broke apart. They maintained a sense of humor. I thought the price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend 5 Starr Plumbing and these two guys without hesitation and with a lot of praise for a challenging job well done.

I don’t write post often but feel compelled to share my experience with Five Star Plumbing. I had a water line leak originating from the outside and leaking into my basement. Unfortunately, my home warranty company nor home owners insurance company covered the repair. This turned out to be a significant out of pocket expense. I called several big named companies and was met with broken promises and quotes between $7,300.00 and $8,300.00 being the highest. Something inside of me told me to keep looking for a better deal. I ran across Five Star Pluming online and gave them a call. It was a Sunday morning. I spoke with Chris who said they could repair my leaking line on Tuesday morning. I appreciated the honesty. The big companies said they could do the job the same day, only to come up with excuses. I reluctantly asked Chris how much the job will cost. The quote Chris gave me was thousands less. The quote included replacing all plumbing leading to the county meter inside. No other company offered this as part of their quote. Five Star Plumbing arrived on time and did an awesome job as promised for thousands of dollars less. Did I mention Five Star guaranteed the water line for 10 years? If you want a job done right, honesty upfront and a fair price, chose Five Star Plumbing.

They replaced a water main line for us. I called someone was out the same day to give me an estimate. Way below what I had received from other major plumbing businesses. They were here the next morning did the job quickly, efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. Will definately use them again.

Company charged me $606 for a garbage disposal replacement. The badger 5 cost $114 ! This is grossly overpriced for a 30 minute job. I contacted the owner, he refunded me $60. He said his overhead contributed to the cost although he claims to be a small business owner. Further I contacted 3 other local plumbing companies, they quoted me $306, $359, and $399. Simply unacceptable! Beware. Please get 3 quotes before using this company. Very unprofessional to say the least.

We recently completed two projects with Five Star, including the replacement of the water line between the main shutoff valve and the house. The cost and quality of their service for that work were excellent, and we had no complaints. Based on that experience, I would recommend Five Star for main waterline leak repairs. During the water line replacement, I also asked Chris about repairing a leaking bathtub faucet. He said they could send another technician the next day to replace the diverter cartridge. The following morning, the technician arrived and, after a quick inspection, provided an estimate of $471 for the repair. He explained that the work required replacing the shower diverter cartridge, consistent with what Chris had mentioned. Although the estimate was higher than I expected, I approved it, assuming the repair might be complex and because the technician was ready to proceed. After I shut off the main water for him, I took a short break to have a cup of coffee. Before I even finished it, he had completed the replacement and asked me to turn the water back on for a leak test. The technician was very professional, and the repair was completed within about 20 minutes with good results. However, I felt that $471 was excessive for the level of labor and complexity involved. I later checked the price of the T809206 shower diverter cartridge and found it sells for about $57 at Home Depot, meaning roughly $410 was charged for about 30 minutes of labor. Because Five Star had previously provided fair pricing and excellent service for the main waterline repair, I did not obtain multiple estimates for the bathtub repair—I relied on my loyalty and trust in them. Afterward, I checked with other plumbers and learned that comparable repairs typically range from $250 to $350, including parts. This experience was a lesson learned: relying on a single provider, even one with whom you have had good experiences, may not always result in fair pricing. It is always best to obtain multiple estimates before making a decision, regardless of prior loyalty.

I could've sworn I'd left my review already but it seems I haven't. Five star came out back in July to repair our main line sewer pipe because it had collapsed. From start to finish they were excellent. They explained everything in a way we could understand, showed us the video footage and did a great job getting it repaired. They had to dig a massive hole and when they were done you could barely tell they'd done it. I'm used to most places not putting things back the way it was and leaving the mess for me to clean up. Today I had to give them a call because we started hearing bubbling from our basement toilet again. They came right out to us checked everything over and offered a quick simple solution to try out rather than just trying to push some expensive repair on us. Five star is absolutely our go to plumber now and I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

There is a reason they call themselves Five Star Plumbing. This was the absolute best experience I ever had with a service provider. Five Star Plumbing is my new company for any plumping issues. I called about a leak and the plumber was at my house 30 minutes later. My toilet flange was leaking into my basement. Jay was the plumber that fixed my leak and he was an absolute professional. He walked me through what was wrong and exactly what he was going to do to fix it. He was so kind, thorough, and truly great at what he does. Additionally, he gave a very fair price to fix the issue and warranted the work for a year. Lastly, Jay fixed the leak that day. All in all, I could not have had a better experience. This is a local company that has top notch employees. I would highly recommend you to give this company a shot. I know this is going to be my go to company for now on.

After 26 years, my wife and I moved to a new location and needed a new plumber. After reading all the excellent reviews we decided to go with Five Star plumbing. An excellent decision was made on our part. I Can't say enough about the folks from Five Star plumbing. The guys arrived here on time, were polite, courteous and most importantly extremely knowledgeable. They were able to get everything we needed accomplished and the prices were very reasonable. I've been a homeowner for over 27 years so I have an idea about pricing and plumbing. Mitch and Jay were extremely detailed, thorough and were very conscious of keeping everything clean. We have our electricians, HVAC, septic, general contractor and now we have found our new plumbing company!

My experience with Five Star Plumbing was excellent. Miss Cindy was gracious and professional when we called on a Monday morning, and she dispatched TJ on the same day. In less than 4 hours, TJ effected repairs on our black water/gray water discharge pipe after detailing our options to us in easy-to-understand language, with pricing included. After a week of regular use now, there are no leaks, and TJ's work looks solid, indeed. Thank you Miss Cindy and TJ for a job well done at a reasonable price! :)

When I called for an appointment I expected them to tell me they would be at my house in a couple of days but to my surprise they came the same day. They replaced my kitchen faucet. They asked me what kind of faucet I wanted and went to Home Depot and got a perfect match. When they returned they installed the faucet in less than 35 minutes and the price they gave me up front was the price they charged. And the price was very reasonable. If you need a plumber this is the company to call.

We discovered water leak from the main pipe , which needed to be replaced . After few estimates we went with Five Star Plumbing which turned out to be the best decision! Brian showed up on time , extremely knowledgeable and professional. Explained everything they were going to do and did just that . We had a tree with huge roots on their way but Brian and his team worked hard to dig out all they needed and repair what was necessary. Would definitely recommend them to anyone !

Five Star Plumbing responded immediately to our call for service. The plumbers gave an estimate of the cost for repair of our leaking copper pipe. The work was completed within 45 minutes and the plumbers explained how the pipe had been repaired. Work was done quickly and neatly and to our satisfaction. The plumbers were kind and professional, calling us 15 minutes before they arrived and making sure they had answered all of our questions before departing.

Great Company! The owner Chris was great to deal with. I received quotes from a few companies and he beat their prices by a good amount. They even cut a bush that was in the way. They finished everything within one day, like they said. Once they finished up, they cleaned up after themselves and took the trash with them including the part of the bush they cut. Thank you so much to Chris and everyone who helped restored our water with a new system.

It's good to know there are still kind, honest people in the world. We got four estimates on plumbing work. This company was the only one that made us feel comfortable. When explaining the work, they were so detailed, patient with our questions, and confident. We're thrilled with the work, and grateful for the extremely fair pricing. Five Star Plumbing Services came to my home to install a submersible well pump after my jet pump failed. Chris and his team performed the job efficiently. They answered all of my questions and believe me, I had many! Weather wise, it was a windy and rainy day, but they stuck with it until the job was complete. I had other issues, but Chris took care of it. Thank you so much for your expertise and patience. I will call upon you again!
