I am very impressed with Scotty and his crew. They worked diligently on my main line root clog until it was open and free flowing. They kept me informed on what was happening through the whole process. They also told me my options for preventing future issues. Overall totally pleased with Five Star's services.

5 Star plumbing is a family. Scotty, the ramrod on my job is the brother of the owner. Scotty's crew was a brother, brother-in-law and a nephew. they did a fantastic job. They were the only plumbing outfit that gave me a very, very reasonable price for the work done. They had to knock a 8' long trench in the kitchen to replace 50 year old piece of cast iron sewer line. I could not be more happy with the work. I will not hesitate to contact them the next time I need a plumber. If you want a professional job done right, and at a fair price. Do not hesitate to contact 5 Star Plumbing.

Five Star Plumbing was great. Adam did a phenomenal job. He was timely, informative, patient, honest, and navigated every issue with professionalism. I will definitely be calling him back if I ever need anything.

No call no show unreliable

Customer service is not great, especially when their poor workmanship is brought to their attention. Have worked with them a few times and was overcharged on two projects, which they failed to properly complete. Their response to my request for them to stand behind their work; “I’m running a business, I can’t afford to pay the guys to come back out without charging you again.” No warranty on work whatsoever.

Scotty prevented a potential tragedy. Too stiff to move much myself, I wouldn't have seen what Scotty saw & simply sent the new gas stove back as it was the wrong one. Scotty saw that the back metal panel had been bowed out from the pressure of loose fire bricks, visible through an opening & easily moved with a finger. Attempted use of the stove's bottom broiler could well cause a fire. The above occurred around Labor Day 2024. However, in spring of 2024, at 6 am of a Friday morning, a rear foot of our old claw foot tub collapsed. It upended the tub which broke the pipe connections so we had Niagara in the house. Couldn't find a cutoff valve, nor a plumber at that hour, so the city came to shut off the water by 7 am. After 8 am, there still wasn't a plumber to be had, except for Five Star Plumbing. They said they'd manage somehow by the end of the day. At 6 Carson pulled up, small backhoe trailered behind him, & jury rigged our plumbing so we could have water again. Great guy, courteous & understanding. Since then Five Star has ordered & installed a new claw foot tub & fixtures. And they also replaced our waterline. This last job was done so well & efficiently that another contractor who watched asked for an estimate himself. Now, on April 29th 2025, Five Star came on the same day I called about a flooded water heater in the cellar below our 1921 house. Despite several previous floods this time the heater couldn't revive (2006). Scotty told me its age & rusted condition, & he & his partner replaced it on the same day. That was a mess despite a new sump pump going in the previous day, but those guys did a great job, including going for a new water heater. They are knowledgeable, courteous, safety conscious, & work well. Definitely a Five Star rating. AND the front office people are great, too.

Scotty and Jacob were great! They were professional and did a great job. They called to ask if I'd be ready for them to come early and I was, so they showed up an hour early. They gave a fair estimate. After we agreed on the rate and established expectations, they quickly got to work in the frigid January weather. After having to dig under the sidewalk to find a suspected "burst" pipe, there were potential factors that could have made the job's cost skyrocket. They promptly let us know that the estimate might need to be adjusted. They explained the potential issue and said they'd work as best they could to avoid having to destroy our driveway. Luckily, the problem was located just outside the driveway and the estimated cost was accurate. What we thought was going to be a burst pipe, ended up being an inadequately clamped pipe connector that caused the pipes to separate at the connection. Although it was not fun having to pay for this kind of repair, if I had to do it again, I'd gladly call Five Star Plumbing again. They also offer a military discount and our repair work was requested, quoted, and completed same day within a 4 hour window.

This is the second call this year. Plumbing problems are an unwanted thing to happen. Scotty and Brandon came out the next morning after I called with no drainage from house. They worked hard and found a large root in my lines to septic tank. After removing it they cleaned up and I called for septic service recommended by them. My septic was totally full and it was pumped out and I was back in business by 1:00 pm. THANK YOU, FIVE STAR PLUMBING. YOUR WORK IS VERY FAST, courteous and satisfactory. Will always recommend you if asked. A job well done. 🥰 If I could give them 10 stars, I would. My old water tank was leaking and on the verge of going out. Dryer vent was not venting, and that was fixed and probably saved me from a fire!!! Courteous workers and I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing done. 👍👏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️UPDATED: Had to call to turn up temp on hot water tank. They came and handled it with care and speed in this COLD weather. I am pleased with the service I received. THANKS👍

I don’t post reviews very often but was compelled to as a result of the exceptional experience I had using Five Star Plumbing. I saw their truck and called the main number hoping to get a quote for a hot water tank replacement. I spoke to the owner who quoted the service and scheduled the install for the following morning. The installers contacted me to let me know they might be 10 minutes late and then texted again saying they were on the way. I received another text when the had completed the work and a call to provide payment. This company is top notch and I highly recommend them. They are professional, fair and honest. I will never call anyone else!

I had a problem with my toilet rocking from left to right. Five star plumbing repaired the toilet several months earlier plus did some other jobs. I called them & they came out & repaired the problem at no charge. Thanks for fast service. 7/14/25 I called Five Star again on a different problem (when it rains it pours.) My garbage disposal went kapoop. Adam & a couple of helpers exchanged my disposal & asked if i wanted 1/3 HP motor or 1/2 HP? Being a motor head, of course more POWER so we went with 1/2 HP. Thanks Adam & to your helpers.

Needed a whole new set up with an underfloor plumbing system, and line ran from my well to a new home on my property. Scottt and crew went above and beyond any expectations I ever had. They answered any questions I had and even went out of their ways to make sure that all my issues were addressed through the whole process. They have a customer for life and will recommend to anyone who needs plumbing services going forward. Thank you to the entire Five Star Crew!!

Five Star Plumbing is the perfect name for this company. Wish we were able to find them in the beginning as the others we tried just wanted to upsell us to a new water heater. After 4 days without hot water, Five Star Plumbing came out and fixed the issue in 30 minutes and we were up and running. Glad we found this team. Scotty and his partner did a great job for us! Will be calling them first if and when there’s a next time. Thank you Five Star Plumbing!!!

This is the second time I've used Five-Star Plumbing and Adam did an AWESOME job the first time and he and his assistant did the same for this job. There was a challenge to work through but Adam managed to figure it out and get the job done. I really appreciate their attention to detail and when the job is finished I know it's correct and won't cause me any problems after they leave. Great job once again!

Scotty was the name of the guy that came out, he was extremely knowledgeable and wonderful. I was very impressed super, friendly professional truck, professional appearance; really knew his stuff, pointed out and explained everything clearly so I could understand it. The reviews for this plumbing company are spot on. I would not use anyone else.

Brett and his team are the smartest plumbers I know. They have helped me on several projects and have the equipment needed to assess what is the best plan to proceed forward saving me time and money. As someone who works with a lot of plumbers through my company, I would rate them as a 5 star company above the rest.
