Horrible customer service. I had a plumbing emergency and was told by "Lucas" that a plumber would be out early the following morning during an agreed upon time. The next day I called to confirm and was told by Lucas that a plumber wouldn't be arriving until hours later despite what he told me the day before. I expressed my displeasure explaining how the water damage was making drywall fall off in chunks. Lucas told me that's "not an emergency" and "it's no problem". He had no answer for why he promised one thing but couldn't deliver on it. Then instead of trying to turn this into a customer service success story he rudely hung up on me. You're a real hero, Lucas. Zero stars.
