This is the second time I have had to call upon Fito Plumbers. This time they came out and diagnosed my leak to be a roofing issue in a matter of minutes and even offered to assist with dry wall patching once I get a roofer out. They are definitely my go to when I have potential plumbing issues!

The entire process was handled online — no phone calls, no back-and-forth. I scheduled the service quickly, secured a next-day appointment, and everything moved exactly as promised. He arrived on time, assessed the issue efficiently, and got straight to work. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. The blockage was fully cleared, not just temporarily relieved, and he made sure everything was flowing perfectly before wrapping up, including running a camera through the lines to make sure I wouldn't need to call him back again. He also took care to keep the area clean and explained what likely caused the backup and how to avoid it in the future. What really impressed me was the combination of modern convenience and old-school reliability. At the conclusion of completing a number of home repairs, there were indicators that I might have a water leak, but the source was not obvious. We contacted Fito Plumbers for an estimate to replace our lateral sewer line. From start to finish we had a positive experience with this company. Fito came to our home shortly after our initial phone call to inspect our line and was clear and concise in explaining the process. A written estimate, competitive with other bids, was sent shortly thereafter. This alone made them stand out from other contractors we contacted. Jose was prompt with responses and updates from the written estimate, pulling permits and coordinating inspections, to sending the final invoice and compliance certificate. He also worked to accommodate our scheduling requests. Their crew was courteous, completed the work on schedule, cleaned up at the end of the day, and kept us informed as needed, We are pleased that we chose Fito Plumbers and will call on them again for future work.

I was in a difficult situation with a contractor that was already onsite at my home. I called Fito Plumbers, explained the situation to them and made an appointment for them to come see my issue. Fito came out and new exactly what I needed done. Provided me a fair price for the work and was finished in two days as promised. They cleaned up very well after they were done and I could not be happier. They were honest, punctual, efficient, skilled and reliable. Words cannot describe how impressed I am with Fito Plumbers.
