It's a game changer and can be significantly more efficient (depending on your exact setup and use type) than traditional tank heaters that have to constantly keep a large volume of water hot at all times, even when you're not using it. I had a fantastic experience with Fitch Specialties! Tim and Mike installed two Rinnai water heaters for us, and their work was top-notch from start to finish. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the installation was done right. I just had a Rinnai tankless water heater installed by Fitch Specialties. Tim and Mike did a very professional installation. My experience with Tim and his staff from scheduling the quote visit to the scheduling of the final installation, were friendly and professional. Tim is the owner and he cares about his customers and it is clear he cares about doing things right! He explained the operation of the unit and made sure i received the owners manual. Also provided info about a $100 rebate from Rinnai. He also mentioned the unit is eligible for a Federal Tax credit of up to $600. The work area was cleaned and all packing materials were removed. They also removed the old standard water heater and cleaned that space. The tankless unit was installed in a different area from the original WH. HIs quote was substantially less than 2 other quotes i received. I will be dealing with Tim from now on and I highly recommend his services!!! Thanks guys for a job well done!

Great company to work with. This is the second time I have dealt with Fitch Specialties and both experiences were great. This time was a bit of an emergency since our water heater went out. Tim came out the very next day and installed a new tankless water heater. Service was fast, communication was great and the price was reasonable. He is an expert in his field for sure. I would definitely recommend this company!
