I had a wonderful experience working with Nola and Chad. Chad came to look at the work I needed and they provided a very fair estimate. They were also able to schedule the work within a month of our initial meeting. When they performed the work they were timely, efficient, and kept my house clean - like no one had been there. What great service!

Requested a diagnosis for insufficient hot water from a 14 year old water heater. Fitch had installed it for the prior owners, so I called the number on the sticker. They answered and in a moment had called up all the details and scheduled a service call to check it out. On the scheduled day they came ( earlier than planned with our approval). Diagnosed a wonky thermostat in 5 minutes. Replaced in 30 min. Chad was great, well spoken young man who represented Fitch very well . Clean workspace after his efficient and economical service. Kudos also to Nola at the desk in HQ for good communication. Recommend them.
