Robert and Diondre did an amazing job on the install! Discord is a professional company through and through. Preston who did the inspection caught that we had CO gases being leaked. If it wasn’t for the financing the company offered, I may not have been able to replace it. When the unit was pulled out the heat exchange was burnt through. The wall was burned too. We are very blessed to have Preston catch that it needed to be replaced. Robert and Diondre had extra issues with getting out the old unit. They had great attitudes and were super respectful and thorough. My wife and child were at home during install and I felt safe knowing that all employees are background checked and professional. Robert and Diondre were super fun to have around. The company also makes sure to double check all their workers via video and pictures. They also do a follow up inspection. Would highly recommend them. You never know what you are getting with an ad in the mail, but it paid off. No complaints and really thankful to fiscor for making my house safe again.

Robert and Alan came out to do some minor repairs and verify work that had previously been done by other techs. They were on time, very friendly, and completely through. They walked me though everything and took the time to inspect each vent and close off some vents that were not being used to maximize airflow in our most used rooms. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Fiscor for their amazing techs.

Jason, Diondre, Logan and Ryan did an outstanding job installing new “lungs” or ducting for my intake and exhaust system on my HVAC system. They were very professional, knowledgable and explained things very well. My system is working great and I’m happy with the service.

Have them come over on a promotional $45 to clean my system. He left saying that we had to spend $45,000 on a whole new heating system. What a complete joke I will never use them or recommend them to anybody. Other people told me to be weary of this company as they experience the same thing.

I have a $19.95/mo. service contract for my AC unit, and on the last inspection I was told my compressor was drawing too much power (134 amps) and that I needed a compressor saver/booster installed. The total charge was $834 but the cost of the exact same part online was $42 and it only involves connecting 3 wires to the current system (about 15 minutes). I requested a receipt and received a NON-itemized invoice with no breakdown on parts and labor. Consensus from others online is that I was ripped off!!! Fiscor did my spring hvac service. It was a 5 star service. for my scheduled fall service, they sent a senior tech with a second young man. inspection of my system (home 7 hrs old) resulted in $17,000 work estimate to replace duct system and install air scrubber. (!!!). Stated bad design and cut corners when built resulting in wide variation of temperatures across 2300 sq ft home. That was not something I had even been aware of. My issue is very dirty/dusty air quality with raging allergies here. Actually I believed his assssment. everything made sense and despite the high cost I signed for the work. He told me I could call with questions which I did the next day and the day after that but no call returned until late the second day after I called with a message that I was cancelling. the morning of that same day I got a text that tech was on his way And to call with questions. I called To ask why and was told they were on their way to start the project. I said no we scheduled it for 3 weeks out. I was told the scheduler was told to put it on the schedule right way. I said no. an hour later I get another text that a tech was at my home. I called again and said that I didnt see anyone and was told that it was probably an error. What bothered me most was that neither of these techs were a part of the assessment Nd project plan of a $17000 project. I completely Lost my confidence in these guys and decided to pursue a second opinion. in looking at area hvac companies, they look the same on line. Report 4+ ratings, lots of reviews with great things to say and a fair amount of 1-2 ratings with do not use recommendations. Seems like they all upsell (I get it but how do you know what you really need). You read about bad work and missed issues. It seems the luck of the draw on any given day with any of them. I'm really struggling with my choice of hvac professionals. .

We received a mail piece offering a $49 tune-up/cleaning for our 11-year-old furnace. Depending on how the service job was performed, we might have considered Fiscor for our HVAC and plumbing needs. The friendly, professional Tech showed up as promised, properly identified. He looked at our furnace and said, "Wow!" We asked what that was about, and he told us he'd never seen a furnace installed like ours, with venting in "unusual" places. Then he checked for carbon monoxide and said his reading at 7 ppm was concerning. I looked that up online, and it is in the "safe" range. However, he behaved as if we were at high risk. He asked if a "videographer" could stop by to film his service. We said OK, and soon another tech arrived. He reviewed the "many options" we had to correct our "problems", but as it turned out, there were only two: rebuild our current system or purchase a new furnace. Other than the CO reading, he found nothing else wrong. Our furnace works fine, and we saw no need to pay for anything else. He tried to set up an appointment with his manager to discuss a new furnace in the next few days, but we declined. Although he did a good job cleaning the furnace, we are disappointed that it turned into a pressure job to sell a new furnace we don't need. However, we asked that he email a quote. It's been almost a week, and still no quote. BTW - we bought our own CO reader. So far, the readings have been zero. No alarm, no alert. Too bad. Not a great way to build your business.

We had an excellent experience with Fiscor and their HVAC installation team! From start to finish, the team was respectful, knowledgeable, and true professionals. They took great pride in the quality of their work, paid attention to every detail, and made sure everything was done right. Additionally, they had to repair several problems our previous HVAC installers left behind and is also likely why our last system had to be replaced well before its lifespan. They thoroughly explained how our new system works and answered all of our questions, which we really appreciated. They also cleaned up completely after the installation, leaving our home just as they found it. We couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend Fiscor to anyone looking for a reliable and professional HVAC company! Huge thank you to Robert and Diondre who spent a 12-hour day working at our house on the full unit install, the duct repair in our attic, and adding an additional return vent, all to ensure our new unit’s efficiency. Jason was also great, showing up early and checking in regularly. Overall, just a wonderful team that did an exceptional job, under less than ideal circumstances (previous work flaws). Thank you all for the great work!!!

I’ve had multiple companies out to fix my sewer line that keeps backing up. Every time someone comes out they just snake the drain and call it good and I’m backed up again in a few weeks. So I gave Fiscor a call expecting the same thing to happen. $500 snake knowing I’ll have to do it again in a few weeks. However mikey from Fiscor plumbing and air noticed that my backflow may be causing problems. He recommended options to fix it that could either take care of short term or long term type fixes which is all I’ve been looking for this whole time. I ended up having them do a long term fix with replacing the damaged piping. Upon Fiscor and Mikey showing up to complete the job they worked hard and effectively to get the job done right and right the first time which is VERY RARE to find anymore. Give Fiscor a call and you wont be disappointed.

I’ve been battling my home warranty company for months trying to resolve issues with my HVAC, and finally decided it was time to get a second opinion. I’m so glad I did. Fiscor was able to get me scheduled first thing Monday morning, which was already a huge relief. Donavan was incredibly helpful walking me through the process of getting a new unit and took the time to explain everything clearly, including the financing options available to me. The technicians, Ryan and Tyler, were absolutely amazing. They were respectful, professional, and extremely helpful from start to finish. They made sure everything was taken care of and answered all my questions along the way. I truly cannot say enough great things about the entire team. After months of frustration, they made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience with Fiscor Plumbing and Air and I can’t recommend them enough. Our AC went out at the worst possible time, and Sebastian and Logan truly went above and beyond to take care of us. They stayed late to make sure everything was fully installed, working properly, and cleaned up before they left—which we really appreciated. It would have been easy to come back another day, but they made sure we were taken care of that same night. On top of that, they were both incredibly professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They took the time to answer our questions and made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. If you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares about doing the job right and treating customers well, ask for Sebastian and Logan. Great work all around!

Since they solved a major issue earlier this year, when we had a stoppage I called them first. I told the office person that we had attempted a snake and probably needed a longer one. So the person that came out had the exact same snake that we had tried and nothing else. Waste of time on both parties. Then they send out someone else the next morning with NO snake at all! I really feel like they just wanted to use the most expensive equipment that they had on them since we maybe seemed desperate. Obviously I sent them away with no solution. Another waste of everyone's time. Fortunately I was able to get another company out who had a longer snake and took care of the problem. This new company is now my go to plumber and I won't call Fiscors ever again.

We called Fiscor to have a look at our unit since we just moved in and wanted to make sure everything was working properly since the unit was 10 years old. Sergio came to service the unit and advised we had a few minor issues. Not wanting to deal with losing A/C in the middle of the summer, we decided to get a new unit. The financing was a huge plus. Robert and Diondre arrived the next morning and did our installation work. They were great! Unfortunately, the warehouse sent the wrong parts so the job took longer than any of us anticipated but they were troopers. They stayed until the job was completed. Excellent experience and would definitely recommend Fiscor Plumbing and Air.

Robert Light and Diondre Rivera from Fiscor Plumbing and Air were very courteous and professional. We had some bedrooms that weren’t getting enough warm air from our furnace, which is mounted in our attic. Whoever originally installed the ductwork in our home did not do it correctly. Robert and Deondre removed all of the old ductwork, showing us some of the problems with our HVAC system. They were able to replace all of the ductwork without lots of bends or Y splits. Now our furnace operates very quietly and very efficiently. And every room in the house receives an equal amount of warm air. We can’t thank them enough for their very professional installation at our home.

Robert and Diondrea were my installers on my new Bosch furnace and air conditioning unit! These guys are animals, they were very determined to make sure I had heat before they left, staying until 11:45 p.m., then returning at 7 a.m. the next day to complete the install. Jason, the Field Coordinator stopped in just to make sure I was satisfied. Since my old furnace had completely shut down, Tiffany and Wendy made sure I was on the top.of their schedule, that was phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service provided by all Fiscor employees!!! Including Carlis, who was the first tech that helped me with a different concern. Thank you to all!!!
