My hot water heater was making a banging sound. Little to my plumbing knowledge, the damaged water heater was expanding. I dialed every plumber in the area to no avail. Roger picked up and helped save our hot water heater problem.These guys saved a pregnant woman’s life and stopped a giant hole that would have formed in the middle of a house.

Willie and his team are great, if i could give 10 stars I would. From estimate to install they courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I was super impressed of the clean up after our install as well.

Recently this company solved a plumbing issue for us. They were prompt, professional and very neat. They gave us up front quotes and were honest.The plumber, Andrew was excellent! I would highly recommend them.

First Choice Plumbing Services are my GO-TO plumbers since moving to SC! I moved into my home about 6 weeks ago and have learned most of its unique quirks. Unfortunately, we experienced a nasty clog that backed up half of my home's plumbing system. Try as I might to unclog it myself, I was having no luck. I phoned First Choice early in the morning. Received a call back about 15 mins later from a very pleasant gentleman who assessed my situation and would send someone out that day. I then received a call from Roger, one of their star technicians, who gave me his itinerary and plan to make it to my house. Roger then texted me enroute to let me know his timeline. When I was able to get home, with my son already introducing Roger to our situation, Roger quickly assessed the potential problems and got to work. He was thorough in his explanations, friendly and professional, and made a not-fun situation as pleasant an experience as possible. In no time, Roger had the clog broken through, tested our assorted plumbing fixtures, and took care of the cleanouts to make them watertight but easier to open for inspection and/or future cleaning. So, within 4 hours of my 1st phone call, I had my home's plumbing back up and running perfectly. Now, I can safely run my washing machine, dishwasher and flush a toilet without turning my house into Waterworld! I can't thank Roger and First Choice Plumbing Services enough!!

Can't speak highly enough of the service we just received. Within an hour of our call First Choice Plumbing dispatched their technician Ethan to our home for a repair. He was extremely considerate and professional and took time to explain the work he was performing and show us the parts he was replacing.
