My original appointment was moved up by the scheduler as soon as I called. In doing so, the scheduler made me believe that she was just as concerned about my bathroom leak as I was. Our call was answered within one hour, even though it was Christmas Eve. James was able to find the leak in just 10 minutes. The best experience I have ever had with a Home Warranty! Thank you! !

Justin was on time. He installed my new water heater for a good price and with high quality workmanship. After a month, I asked him to come back and install my whole house water softener. This wasnt an easy task, digging a ditch in 110+ degree heat and running a pex loop while crawling under the trailer. His work was efficient and reliable. He will be back in the future for more work. We are thinking of installing a misting system. Justin, glad I was recommended you. :)

The new sink and toilet were installed on my first floor and the new toilet was installed in my second floor. Aaron, Gilbert, Valentin, and their team are professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Very pleased with their work. The vanity sink from Lowes fit perfectly in my first floor bathroom. Glacier Bay commodes are highly recommended, and they helped me select them at Home Depot. Aaron spent the time to educate me about the different commodes and their quality. So far very good quality commodes. They are always on time. If you say 9 am, they will arrive at 9 am or even earlier. !

Service was great and fast once here, contacting them was terrible got routed though several differ Ai agents and "my plumberphone" and the price was far above normal. Got $600 quote for a garbage disposal replacement where I brought my own unit(they charged $850 to supply and install). I got competitor quotes later which I should have done beforehand, the same job is 450-600 (if you supply your own part or not) on the high end. If I wasn't in such a rush I would have tried elsewhere.

City Plumbing's staff is the best! Tell you why. City Plumbing Team has compassion towards customers like myself. So, here's what we have to say. Rocky is a very knowledgeable person. He replaced our Koehler parts for kitchen faucets. He definitely rocks! His work was flawless. Although the hot-water pipe was dripping but no pressure, it still worked. We spent the entire winter without hot tap water. But the warranty on our house does not cover work that is needed to remove the restriction. Alexis and Leah our manager made us happy. We really appreciate them helping us by giving us an elderly discount. Rocky returned to the scene in no more than an hour and finally repaired it! City Plumbing is flourishing because they are compassionate and have a lot of heart. Continue the good work.

My home warranty company contacted City Plumbing when the first plumber they had sent the order to would not respond to calls or voicemail. City Plumbing called me almost immediately to give me a time window to come out that day to repair my water heater. The technician called me almost an hour before the time window even began, to let me know he was on his way to my house! He had it fixed within 20 minutes. I definitely recommend Ramon and City Plumbing!! !

Mitch improved my home in many ways, including installing my tankless water heating system for my back yard shower. An earlier contractor had difficulty with it but Mitch fixed that problem quickly! Also, he converted my household's water heater from a traditional one to an electric model. Now I am free of hot water worries. Mitch's honesty and candor are both very commendable. Before i made the decision, he explored the pros & cons.

We undertook a home renovation recently. Mitch installed our tankless water heating system. He was so good at his job and so proud of it that we hired him to do our home remodel. We asked him to move our gas pipes, replace our piping and install our fixtures. He went over and beyond. We received advice and tips on our plumbing as well as other aspects of our home to pass our inspection. You helped us make our dream a reality.

Called on a Thursday to report a leak in my tankless water heater. Joni told me that the next available appointment was in the afternoon, but they managed to put me on their list and they came the following morning. They arrived promptly and cleaned the area, changed 2 gaskets, and flushed out my tank. I was so grateful that they took care of me and did it at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Willem, Jason and their team were extremely helpful and kind when my ceiling in the kitchen sprung a leak. While I dealt with my insurance, they were accommodating and patient. They were extremely careful in their work and with my home. Great communication. I'll be calling them when I replace my water heater. The experience was wonderful during an extremely stressful time.

Isaac handled my problem with aplomb! Isaac was a great help in solving my problem. Issac played along well and the outcome was as I expected. I laughed it off so I wouldn't go crazy. He explained every step and was thorough when he checked things out. Isaac fixed it quickly AND at a lower price than I expected. I have never felt so happy to see a toilet working again.

Hot water leakage in a floor made of concrete. Christian and Kyle quickly arrived, diagnosed, organized the project, and were prepared to tackle it. They both worked tirelessly to solve my issue. The young men were very polite and courteous, and they cleaned up the area afterward. I would highly recommend this business for anyone with a plumbing problem. !

JAM has done a whole repiping job in our home. We also added a new basement drain, a new water main from the city, and a new drain. They did an excellent job. We were on budget and they communicated well throughout the whole process. They are a local small company that Ill recommend to family, friends and clients in the future!
