Amazing experience with Feiner! They removed all of my stress with clear communication and timely service. Will definitely call upon again.
So impressed! They just left after installing my new water heater. Showed up on time, took less than 90 minutes, didn't even balk when it turned out they were replacing a shorter unit with a taller one. (I just guessed! I'm not a great house parent.) Cost exactly what they said it would with none of the "plus whatever our guys determine you need" nonsense I got from the big box that quoted me $200 + ??? more! Absolutely never going anywhere else.
This team is golden! Coordinating services needed initially, and discovering before they got there additional issues, they were able to pivot and accomplish both crisis! Very affordable and easy to work with. Thanks for getting us up and running!
A big THANK YOU to Feiner Plumbing. A gas leak is a scary thing! We woke up to gas smell. We Energy confirmed we had a leak. We called many plumbers but everyone was booked. Feiner understood my anxiety and committed to same day service. They rearranged their schedule and came out to asses the work needed. They installed the new gas line and bonus job replaced a leaky old faucet/pipes! Professional, quick response and reasonable price. Highly recommend ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
