Rob was very upfront and honest and provided excellent service! He redid my main stage line and thoroughly explained the process and was very communicative throughout the way. 10/10 I would highly recommend to anyone with ANY plumbing needs!

Had been dealing with backups in our Artesia house off and on for a couple of years. Every time we'd get it cleared it would come back within a few months. Finally decided to figure out what was actually going on. Rob came out and ran a camera through the line. Showed me the whole thing on the screen. Old clay pipe, completely full of roots, a section that had basically collapsed in on itself near the sidewalk. He gave me three options and didn't push the most expensive one. We ended up doing a full replacement. His crew was here for two days, dug carefully around our landscaping, and you can barely tell anything was done now that the grass has grown back. No more backups, no more weird smells. Wish I'd just done this years ago instead of paying for clearings every six months.

I had a main line back up on a late Saturday afternoon. I called 2 other companies before in found this company and they could not come out for 2 days. I called Fanti Sewers. and they were out within an hour. Rob was very nice and explained everything he was going to do. They were able to run a snake to clear the clog. After they cleared the clog he ran a camera down the line to show me where i had a "root" problem. We decided to move ahead to have the main line repaired on a Monday. A bit costly, but worth the piece of mind and they were able to NOT destroy my new landscaping. Rob and his crew were very professional did and amazing job and completed the job on time as promised.

I was so blessed to find Fanti Plumbing! Rob and his team were amazing from start to finish. I recently purchased a house where the previous owner did not take care of the home. The plumbing/drainage system was old and a total mess which I was able to discovered while doing a total renovation for the home! Water keeps seeping up from the foundation itself and i was so desprate for an accurate diagnosis/ answer! Thankfully, rob and his team came out the same day I called for help. He was knowledgeable and helped me understand the cause of my home's plumbing/ drainage issue. His crew was quick to get started on the project, wasting no time in making sure my home was taken care of. We worked on a full drainage system installation, new kitchen, laundry, and bathroom sewer lines, and a complete PEX re-piping for my home! Rob kept me informed every step of the way, and his team was efficient, professional, and left everything clean after the work was done. This was a huge investment, but knowing my entire water and drainage system is brand new and built to last gives me complete peace of mind. I had a nasty backup in the guest bathroom that was starting to overflow onto the floor, so I called Fanti Sewers and Drain to see if they could get someone out fast. Rob showed up a lot sooner than I expected and got right to work on the clog in my home in Cerritos. He was super chill about the whole thing even though it turned out to be a pretty deep blockage that needed some serious snaking. He explained what was causing the issue and gave me some solid advice on how to keep it from happening again without trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. It’s a relief to have the drains actually working again, and Rob really made the whole stressful situation a lot easier to deal with.
