Fante’s was a great life saver when my heat went out not once but twice during this far below normal winter. Both times they came out quickly and got it working. While I did end up getting a replacement furnace, Fante’s price quote was basically half of the other estimate I received. The work was done quickly, cleanly and professionally. Everything was explained to me in detail and the whole team was amazing - life savers in subzero temps! Special thanks to Bob (sales), Alex (fixed 2nd time), Mark (fixed 1st time), and Ray (replacement)
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Christopher who was dispatched to our home. He was extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the leak in our basement, explaining exactly what was happening and why. What really stood out was how clearly he walked us through the mechanics of a proper reverse osmosis water system installation. He took the time to make sure we understood how everything works, what to look out for in the future, and how to prevent potential issues. Professional, patient, and thorough from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with the ability to explain things in a way that actually makes sense. Highly recommend!
Mark W. from Fante’s was a great technician. From the beginning he was very respectful and was determined to diagnose the problem and treat it. Suddenly our heat stopped kicking on. Mark found that the heating unit in our attic (of a new build) had a great amount of insulation and water in the drain line. As a result, the furnace was not kicking on. Mike explained in detail what was going on and the solution to my husband and I. He ensured that he spoke to us before performing the service. After our ascent, Mike cleaned and drained the system. He later offered the HVAC and Plumbing Protection Plan, which we accepted due to our small amount of knowledge of the trade. Thank you so much Mark at Fante’s.
I’m going start my story with they were here 3 weeks ago, the guy left and said he would be right back and we are still waiting to hear back from anyone at all. They left us with a huge hole in our shower and it is not usable. This was supposed to be done in one day and here we are an entire month later waiting, considering our original appointment with them was 4 weeks ago. But on that day, the technician dropped the part into the wall and couldn’t retrieve it. Now we have been waiting for this part and for them to call us back for over 3 weeks. We’ve been told several times that the manager was going to call but we have still not heard from them. By the way, they have our $500 deposit so it’s not even like we can just say screw it and find another plumber.
Joe Macnamara (sales) was an excellent person to work with for our problem. I felt safe and he listened to our needs. I really feel he was brought to us by God. I am very very grateful. Thank you for what you do. Highly recommend! I would give him 100+ stars. Dusty Murphy & Cody installed our new heater & A/C today, and they both did a superb job. They were both very knowledgeable, professional, and answered all our questions. The installation took only one day, and they kept the working area very neat & clean. Five star rating from us.
