The plumber arrived on time, explained the issue with our clogged drain, and completed the drain cleaning quickly and cleanly. Their professionalism really stood out – they were respectful, wore clean uniforms, and left the work area spotless. We had our sewer line back up, and the first plumber that came out was claiming that we would need to dig the line up for over $10k. So we called Family Rooter and they were able to come out and give us a second opinion which was Much better news than we were expecting. They were able to fix the issue same day (hydro jetting the line), explained everything thoroughly, answered all our questions, and made sure we understood the maintenance plan to prevent the issue from coming back. Will definitely be using their services in the future, especially for the maintenance of the line.

The plumber was honest about what needed to be fixed and very professional, which made me feel confident in their plumbing services. We couldnt use our water at all before they arrived and now everything works great! They were extremely transparent about the process and taught us alot about how to keep our system maintained. 10/10 would recommend.
