Were quite professional and efficient in their service.
Just had their truck blast through a stop sign without stopping, cutting me off and forcing me to break. If they have this little patience, attention, consideration for safety, or consideration for the law on the road, I would bet money they don't have any of those things for plumbing either.
Family Fire Services and Plumbing did the plumbing at our new house and we have been extremely unhappy with both their service quality and how unprofessional they have been since the very beginning. Not surprisingly, we have had several issues with the plumbing in our house. We have sent over a dozen emails and phone calls to get a plumber scheduled for a service visit. When were able to get something on the schedule, twice we have had no one show up and the remaining two times, they arrive so late and unprepared that they proved to be useless visits. Please carefully consider who you do business should they work with Family Fire Services as you will be left with reoccurring plumbing issues and it will be a nightmare to try and get them fixed.
Family Plumbing Services LLC did an excellent job installing our new water heater last month, and I could not be happier with their service. From the start, they were professional, courteous, and reliable. What really impressed me was that they even came out during the scheduled Rockville inspection to make sure everything went smoothly, showing their dedication to customer satisfaction. The team was knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of our home, completing the work with great care. It is rare to find a company that combines skill, professionalism, and genuine customer care the way Family Plumbing Services does. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable plumbing services.
Nestor has been a pleasure to work with. He has been flawlessly managing a major home renovation job of mine. There are a total of 5 gas fixtures, brand new kitchen with all new appliances (gas and electric). There are 3 full bathrooms that required new piping rough ins, valves, bathtubs, shower flanges, toilet flanges, etc. Nestor has been doing a great job of keeping strong communications with me as the job progresses. Also, Nestor has been considerate of the client’s changes outside of the original scope of work. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing & gas services.
Made an appointment took off work to be here called when it was 46 minutes over my appointment, no phone call nothing I called and he said oh sorry un professional!!! Never showed didn’t apologize nothing!!! It would have been the fastest job for them they would of made money the job would have taken 15 minutes to do , I fractured my rib cage so I couldn’t do it or I would have !

Carlos and his team are great! They’re very responsive and reliable and they’ve done a good job with all of the plumbing in our home (ranging from initial install to fixing plumbing issues). They’re also very quick to come out which I always appreciate.
