I called Expert Plumbing to find out why I had a leak in my shower head arm. They sent someone out for a free consultation. Then, their technician Anthony that came out was so helpful and kind. We had to replace drywall around the shower head arm and so we didn't use the shower for a couple weeks after he came. Once we turned the shower back on we learned we had lost water pressure somehow. Expert Plumbing was so kind and understanding and sent out Anthony again to take a look. Within 2 minutes Anthony had fixed the problem at no extra cost. I'll definitely call them again for any future needs I have. Grade A customer service.

Great company with Great Service

I was helping my daughter hang some shelves in her bathroom and accidentally screwed into her flex pipe. We both got on the phone and started calling local plumbers to see who could get here the soonest. This was also on Labor Day. When I called Expert Plumbing and let them know of our situation they said they would rearrange some things and get someone there immediately. Within 30 minutes from my call a plumber was at our door and 30 minutes the problem was fixed. With it being a holiday I was expecting to pay holiday pricing but what he quoted for the repair was nothing close. I could not believe the price he quoted. He was profesional, explained everything that was going to happen and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone, especially the Lehi office as they were the ones who came!

I would give them one star... but at least they were nice! The technician that they sent wouldn’t go up into the our attic. He came over and got sheepish when he learned about the location of our furnace. Ultimately he concluded that he... wouldn’t fit... what?? So now we have to go without heat for another night all because junior is timid of the dark.

This is not a service provider. All they do it have a reference list and charge you $30 to send a service provider to do the work. AVOID. Call the service company directly and save the $30 referral fee.

I contacted Expert Services in January because we had a leak near our shower. When I made the initial call I could tell I was talking to a computer, but I left my information anyway. I received a callback and a technician was sent the same day to give me a bid. The bid seemed high so I explained I was not able to hire them immediately and told him if could work out financing I would call them back. I then had a family member come to my aid, the leak was fixed and I thought everything was resolved. Wrong. Several days later I started receiving text messages asking me if I still needed to have my leaking pipe fixed. I responded each time explaining the work was completed and I did not need their assistance. After the 3rd exact same message I blocked the number the text messages were coming from and again thought it was over. Wrong again. Today, mid February, 6 weeks after my initial call to them, the phone calls started. I was shocked and frustrated that they were not able to have someone look at the responses I had sent to their 3 previous text messages and instead went right to making intrusive phone calls. When I voiced my concern that they were still contacting me, the caller had no explanation as to why they felt a need to continually contact me even though the work is done. She then told to me I should do whatever I feel is needed to prevent them from making additional and repeated contact with me. So I have now blocked a second phone number from which they have called or text me and now I am trying to save their next unsuspecting caller from the same fate as my own. If you have a plumbing problem and turn to google to find a contractor, keep scrolling, this one will leave your phone number in some dark cycle of repeated messages and phone calls and the only to stop them is by blocking their phone numbers.

Gavin and John made our plumbing situation more bearable; they were detail-oriented. They answered all of our questions (and we had many) when they installed our new water softener. They also repaired our pressure valve that had significant corrosion. They could have upsold an extra item, like a pressure pump (I asked about it), but they didn't because we didn't need it. Gavin and John ensured our old water softener didn't leak or drip in our house as they removed it. They also protected our carpet with tarps and wore booties. I had a special request that my technicians wear N95 masks and be cleanly shaven so the masks would work best for the entirety of the service call because of my severe medical condition. Both technicians came prepared with masks and didn't bat an eye about wearing them. (The service call took several hours.) I will request them again for a new item I want installed in my home. I'm picky and only give reviews if they deserve it. As a side note, Nate answered my call and was accommodating; he answered all of my questions in detail before the technicians came out and communicated closely with our techs, Gavin and John. This level of customer service from a company is hard to find. Thank you for your excellent customer service, Gavin, John, and Nate.

I chose to hire Expert services based on the good reviews I saw online. This was my first time working with them and I plan on calling them again as needs arise. The price of the service seemed very reasonable. I worked with Chandler S. He was professional, knowledgeable and also, importantly, not pushy. After dx the problem with my pilot light/water heater, he clearly presented options for what we could do, including the pros and cons of each. Then gave me space to decide. There was no pressure, which was very much appreciated. In the end, I chose to replace my older water heater instead of replacing an expensive part. After the new water heater was installed, he took the time to explain how best to maintain it. All in all, I appreciated his professionalism and skill. And I’ve already recommended his services to a friend!

Chandler was great! I found their website searching their business name from a sticker my ancient leaking water heater. Then I had a pleasant chat with an SMS text agent to get scheduled. Two days later (it was not an emergency), he texted when he would be there, and showed up on time. He examined the situation, and provided estimates for the options we asked for. Then he removed the old one, and took care of the water drips. He did have to haul the tanks out & in over three sets of steps with a hand cart. He plumbed in new shut off valves, supported the exhaust flue, and added earthquake straps to get it up to code. And seeing that I had limited mobility due to a foot injury, he also put away the trash bins! This guy is a class act. Thanks, Chandler!

Made a particular request for a specialist in radiant water heater systems to address an issue with no hot water pressure - NOT a city mandated issue, as the cold water (or just the water in general) coming into the house had wonderful pressure. They came in, didn't have any idea on what the issue was and what to do about it, and left it worse than before they arrived; absolutely no hot water at all. They removed parts (temperature mixing valve), and implemented a setup in order to troubleshoot the issue, and then just left it that way - didn't even attempt to return it to the way it was before they arrived. It was just poor customer service - very unprofessional. Will NOT work with them ever again and do not recommend them for anyone.

Not all contractors are created equal, but when I tell you David & TJ from Expert Services are the best of the best, I mean it. These guys went above and beyond my expectations for the project I hired them for. David even helped me source a specifically small toilet that I needed for a powder bath through his own connections, was willing to redo some work when I forgot to communicate my specifications, and just genuinely were all around amazing folks that I would trust with any plumbing job in my home. I will be requesting them by name the next time I have a project and I recommend you do the same. Thank you David & TJ!!

Chandler was on time, very professional and gave us all of our options up front to fix our plumbing leak. He was capable and able to fix the problem. Brent came to service our Heater. He was very knowledgeable and was able to complete their work in a timely manner. Benjamin came to service our AC. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me to understand how things work and what needed to be done and was able to do the repair right away and really quick. We are super happy with Expert Services and would recommend them.

Expert Services was fantastic, and I'm going to have them do more work in the near future! Last month they quickly replaced my ancient 50gal gas water heater, which included a lot of additional effort to install, make it safe, and up to code. Aaron and TJ (I think that was his name) were on-time, experts at their craft, professional, and CLEAN. Hire these guys, you wont be sorry. I would have posted this review sooner except for how lazy I am.

We broke our galvanized pipe trying to change our water spigot because it would not stop spraying water. After talking to Nate he got us the best plumber we could ask for. Miguel was quick, clean, kind, and very great about showing me how to do things properly. Miguel is the guy I will be asking to come back when we can afford to replumb our old pipes in our house. Thanks Miguel for being such a relatable and reliable guy.

Christian came out to do a yearly A/c check with our membership that we have. He was very pleasant to work with and great on answering any questions I had. He helped me understand why he recommended the things he did for our a/c and furnace. I learned a few new things today that in my 45 years I don't think I knew re a/c and furnances. Thanks Christian for your hard work and dedication!! You are awesome!
