I moved into my home in 2020. The property is an older fixer, built in 1968, and this marked my first experience with a major renovation. I hired Expert to complete several significant projects, including the installation of water lines, electrical work, and a new furnace. Based on this initial work, I continued to rely on Expert for ongoing services, including furnace maintenance and the repair of faulty wiring for my front porch light. In October, I encountered an issue with my sewer line and scheduled an appointment with Expert for an evaluation. Mika was sent to assess the problem. He explained the issue, removed a blockage, and performed a camera scope of the sewer line. Based on the results of the scope, he informed me that the line was corroded and required replacement. This was an unexpected and significant expense; however, Mika advised that without replacement, additional blockages would likely occur within a few months. Relying on this information, we agreed to proceed with the sewer line replacement. The sewer line replacement work itself was completed satisfactorily. However, I did need to request a return visit to address a leaking toilet that had been newly installed as part of the project. Because the total cost of the sewer line replacement exceeded $10,000, I contacted my homeowner’s insurance provider to determine whether any portion of the expense might be eligible for reimbursement. I opened a claim that same week and began the required process, including scheduling a visit from an insurance adjuster. My insurance agent requested two separate invoices from Expert: one detailing the work performed inside the home and another specifying the work completed on the exterior sewer line. For approximately four weeks, my insurance agent attempted to obtain these invoices directly from Expert without success. She then contacted me for assistance. I subsequently called and spoke with Natalie on multiple occasions to request the required documentation. Despite repeated follow-ups, the invoices were not provided. When my efforts failed to produce results, my spouse also contacted Expert by phone and email. After one month and three weeks of repeated requests, a manager from Expert finally contacted us and stated that once an invoice has been paid, it is difficult for them to generate revised or separate documentation. Instead, they offered to contact my insurance agent directly. This experience has been extremely frustrating and represents a significant failure in customer service. As a long-term customer who has spent thousands of dollars with Expert and has referred numerous friends and family members, I found this handling of a reasonable and necessary request to be unacceptable. While the quality of Expert’s workmanship has generally been satisfactory, the lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to provide standard billing documentation has resulted in a loss of trust. As a result, I will no longer be using or recommending their services.

He was able to calm my fears, to help me understand my particular situation wasn't as bad as I thought it was. . He was very patient and took the time servicing my water faucet outside and how to care for it properly. He also introduced us to a service plan that was by far better than any other companies offers. Your company and your expert(Chandler)went over and above our expectations. Thank you so much! This is the second time I’ve needed Expert svc. This time, my water heater quit heating last week. Jackson came out and diagnosed the problem, relit the pilot light and left me with several options for permanent care. I made my decision during the weekend and left a message. On Monday John came out with the part, installed it and voila; hot water. He charged me the fee Jackson quoted me. I couldn’t be happier, and would not hesitate to call them again. On Jan 9th, 2026, Chandler came over and swapped out my disposal. He was quick and friendly. He even removed my pipes and rinsed them out. I highly recommend this company!

John Harvey provided first rate service. We remodeled our kitchen and small bathroom and John provided the service of sink and faucet installation along with the drain pipes and filter and installation of the water hook up and dishwasher hook-up and was so helpful in coordinating his work with the other sub contractors and his work was flawless. Plus, he has the most cheerful attitude and cares that the job is done right and is of the highest quality. He is five stars and his work is five stars. He is simpy the best and I will use him again when the need arises.

Chandler was great at servicing our tankless water heater and explaining the very likely consequences of not having a water softener installed alongside the tankless heater. He was quickly able to address all other plumbing concerns, as well as installing the water softener, all of which was unexpected on the initial call. Additionally , he helped to coordinate another specialist to come inspect our drainage system for potential repairs. All in all, I greatly appreciated his thorough response, informative/educational conversation and friendly banter while he worked.

This is the second time Ive had problems with my water heater. This time, the pilot and igniter system went completely out and of course it happened at night. The next morning I called Expert Services, hoping, but not expecting to get someone immediately. Thankfully they were able to send someone out in two hours.​ The technician was Chandler, who came out and helped me the first time I needed water heater assistance. Chandler was once again very professional, patient, courteous and willing to answer all my questions. He definitely provided a 5-star service.

I love this company. I've used them for plumbing 3 x and , Electrical twice (they fixed a problem for half the price of another quote and found a problem no one else did.) The water softener they use is custom built for your city water system and $100s of dollars lower because it's made in Utah too. I've needed to call with questions a few times are also.They very knowledgeable, personable, prompt, clean uniforms and better prices than anyone I've even used. The technicians are knowledgeable, patient ,on time and clean cut

My home flooded with water backed up from the sewer. Lyric and Brandon were the first ones that come out to fix the problem. Then Brandon and his partner came a with a backhoe and they worked all day until we could use water in the house again. They arranged it so that we were inconvenienced the shortest time possible. I am grateful for their work ethic and knowledge of what needed to be done. I will call their company again if I need a plumber! I'm so sorry that I forgot Brandon's partner's name. Please forgive me.

David from Expert Services found the leak in our utility room and carefully checked our water system, explaining how everything worked and restarting our water softener and filter to make sure everything worked properly. He swapped out our kitchen faucet for a Moen faucet that has been a dream. The garbage disposal he installed has been powerful, but whisper quiet. David did excellent quality work quickly, sourced hard to find parts, and stayed late to finish. Outstanding plumber and just a nice caring person.

Court, our technician, came out to discover what gases we have leaking in our basement. He not only allayed our fears of a possible dangerous gas leak, but discovered there was a leak of some kind of gas coming from our sewer system that we didn’t know about. He gave us detailed information as to how to find out what is going on down there and what we needed to look for when it comes to costs and possible solutions. He was very knowledgeable and honest with what to expect.

Ben was very professional from start to finish. I’ve had bad experiences with misogynistic technicians in the past. Ben was totally different- just what you’d like to expect from a professional. He found the problem and set about procuring the part right away. He handled our warranty claim, as well. He explained the problem thoroughly, and was respectful. We will have him back to complete the repair as soon as the part gets in. As a woman homeowner, I recommend him.

The technicians Cort and Hunter did an Awesome job working hard all day. All of your technicians went the extra mile to help with financing and removing and installing the heater. They removed the hot water heater and put it back after the utility room was cleaned. Your company should be proud to have all of them working for you.
