Expert Plumbing Service, Inc. has a excellent plumber Keith W. Keith carefully inspect my problem and always have a effective solution at a fair and reasonable price. I only call for him to service our 3 houses and commercial property. Highly recommended for all plumbing work. Definitely a Hall of Famer!!!!!!! Very knowledgeable.

Lucas, Keith, and Tommy were very knowledgeable and professional. Lucas came to our house on short notice, at the end of the day. Keith called me back promptly when I had a question after he had completed the job and had left. I am very happy with the service I receive from Expert Plumbing.

First, I would like to send a big shout out to the dispatcher, I believe her name is Christine, for her excellence in communicating with us via cell and text messages. When the plumber was heading to our home, she sent a text letting us know that he’s on his way. The text included a picture and name of the plumber that was coming over. My wife and I REALLY appreciated that. Once Keith W. showed up, by the way… GREAT GUY, I explained our situation and he handled everything very professional. I can tell by our conversation that this guy knows his stuff. It was a great visit, things got handled properly with NO BS and everything that he was documenting was shown to me. Overall, if we needed a plumber, hopefully not anytime soon, we’re calling Expert Plumbing hands down! Heck, I might even ask if it’s possible to have Keith come back out. Keith W. did an excellent job! He was right on time and before arriving, texted me a picture of himself so i knew who to expect. He carefully reviewed the water heater and provided me clear options to repair or replace. I decided to replace due to the age of the old one and the price was very fair (and lower than the other quotes I received). Keith’s workmanship was stellar. Combine that with his cleaning up afterwards and his courteous and friendly manner, leads me to give him, and Expert Plumbing Service, the highest rating, and my personal recommendation. Keith did an awesome job on our sump pump. Took time to explain and offer us different options. He’s friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and funny! We have found our “forever” plumber!!
