Exact Plumbing

I had a garbage disposal that was not working right, and only 18 months old (just past 12 mo warranty). I spoke with Jason, the owner of Exact Plumbing and he suggested I approach the maufacturer for a free replacement, and then he would install the replacement for free. I got the free replacement, and Jason lived up to his word, and sent a tech quickly to install it at no charge. I was impressed with this customer service and the quality ot the tech and install! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a trustworthy and resonably priced plumber.

I hired Exact Plumbing to replace my Gas Hot Water Heater. They are very professional, do excellent work using high quality products, and are very reasonable on price. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family. Jason and Steve keep up the good work.

A good friend referred me to Exact Plumbing and am I glad she did! The owner Jason is the most courteous and professional you’ve ever dealt with. My BR was clogged and I had to turn off the water through the entire house to avoid a catastrophe. I called exact plumbing, Jason was awesome over the phone, they were on time for the job, they worked on it quickly and before you know it, I was back to business. We had a major sewer pipe blockage and couldn't use our bathrooms. Exact Plumbing, who we had never used before, was able to send Steve out right away. It was a difficult job but Steve worked diligently until it was cleared. Efficient, knowledgeable, hard working team. Very fair pricing. Can't get much better than that BUT it did. It clogged again a week later, not their fault, but the owner of the company, Jason, sent Steve right out again. He brought an even longer electric snake up on the roof again and worked another hour or so to clear it. JASON DID NOT EVEN CHARGE US TO COME BACK. That was unexpected, especially since it wasn't their fault. We HIGHLY recommend them. Thanks guys! Bonnie and Brian Goulet

We recently had to have our main sewer line replaced. We called numerous plumbers for quotes, and from the high to the low, they varied by more than $4,000. Jason's team came in on the low side, which if I'm being honest, made me a bit skeptical of their bid. After exchanging a few emails, we decided to hire them. Jason's team showed up first thing on the following Monday and had the job done several hours later the same day. We ended up having an open trench in our front yard for about a week, but that was mostly due to the fact that there were some permitting/inspection issues arising from the challenges with COVID-19 and local government operations. Exact will be my go-to for future plumbing concerns.
