Our unit had water coming in through our ceiling. Our maintenance engineer quickly called Euro Plumbing who sent Austin out the next morning to start addressing the situation. Austin even noticed an unrelated issue with a pipe on our HVAC room that he fixed. When the leak was resolved and the clog removed he even took the time to explain everything that happened and what they did to try to ensure it never happens again. I seriously appreciated Austin's dedication to the job and his expertise. I told my partner that if we ever move from our condo to a townhouse or SFR, we're calling Euro Plumbing and we'll be asking for Austin!
