Our unit had water coming in through our ceiling. Our maintenance engineer quickly called Euro Plumbing who sent Austin out the next morning to start addressing the situation. Austin even noticed an unrelated issue with a pipe on our HVAC room that he fixed. When the leak was resolved and the clog removed he even took the time to explain everything that happened and what they did to try to ensure it never happens again. I seriously appreciated Austin's dedication to the job and his expertise. I told my partner that if we ever move from our condo to a townhouse or SFR, we're calling Euro Plumbing and we'll be asking for Austin!

When other plumbers didn't seem to sense my urgency that I had an underground leak in my pool, I gave Euro Plumbing a call. They were responsive and sent me Mike the following day. I knew where the leak was and it was under my patio. Mike got right to work solving the problem. It took him the better part of the day, considering everything that was involved, but he fixed it right. I appreciate how prompt and professional these guys are!
