We had a very bad experience with this plumbing service. The only thing good I can say is that the technician they sent out, Edel, was very nice and polite. They advertise a 'free estimate" and then charge $150 for the first hour and $125 for every hour thereafter of work. We have a tankless water heater, and after the technician looked at it for 2 hours, we were told that the circuit board was bad and that we owed $250. That was before any work was done to fix it. When I asked what the "free estimate" included, I was told that the "free estimate" was them telling me that they charged $150 for the first hour and then $125 for every hour thereafter. That's the first time in my life that I've heard a "free estimate" being defined that way, and I'm an old woman. Then we had to order the part ourselves and have it delivered to our house. The part cost us another $180. So we paid them the $250, and when the part was delivered to our house, we installed it ourselves since it came with instructions and we didn't want to be charged another $125 an hour for them to fix it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Not only are they overpriced but are the most unprofessional business I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
