Feb. 27, 2026 EDIT Thank you Ernie for responding very quickly to my review and graciously offering to make things right. Someone was indeed sent out the very next day after we called to schedule. The entire process was very pleasant, from our scheduler to our plumber. Our Plumber was Scott and he informed us that the first person did not do the job correctly and used the wrong pipe for our hot & cold water line leaking in our ceiling space which is an enclosed area (he used something meant for an open area such as under the sink instead). He removed the sharkbite fittings and installed a new correct pex fitting for a more permanent repair solution, and soldered it together - which the other person also did not do, and fixed up everything for us during the same visit. He was very pleasant to deal with, educated us, and checked out a few other spots for us while here. We are thoroughly satisfied and will definitely recommend and continue to use Ernie's in the future. Thank you Scott and Ernie! :) ---------------------------------------------------- During 'Snowmageddon' we had a pipe burst through our ceiling and Ernie's came to give us an estimate and repair. The estimate was free as they advertised, repair seemed well, and the technician seemed nice and timely. It was suggested that we get the pipe repaired with PVC(?) I believe, which is a more flexible material and will expand better instead of repairing the pipe with a metal pipe, which our original pipe is. Since he was the expert, we went with what he suggested. All seemed well until the next Winter when we noticed a leak in the same exact spot which required us to open up our ceiling again. We called Ernie's again to come and give us another free estimate. This time, the person that came (different person) said that he'd have to charge us $200 just to go into the attic to even look. That seemed weird so we tried to go without and tried to patch it up. That spot has given us problems every Winter since. We will be doing a full repair with metal soon but the thought and trauma of that ill-repaired pipe during Winter every year sucks. It's completely fine throughout the year but during Winter is when it starts leaking again. Not enough to notice right away but eventually a stain appears in the same spot on our ceiling and every time, I'm reminded of what our expert recommended which turned out to not be a wise choice for our house. That and the random charge to go into the attic left a sour taste in our mouths. Thoroughly disappointed.
After 25 years living in my phone, I found in December 2025 that both showers were plugged. I called Ernie’s, our long time plumbing company, to correct the problems. Ernie’s sent Anthony to check the issues with the plumbing. What was found can be classified as a “Nightmare before Christmas”. Scenario. Both sides of the plumbing had moved where the back of the house, the plumbing was much lower than the exit to the city system. Anthony allowed me to sit with him as we moved the camera from front to back showing up and down holding waste and several breaks plus tree root blockage. Another adventure! Ernie’s replaced 115 ft of sewer lines on both major branches. Three 4’x4’ foot tunnels had to be excavated to do the job. New sewer pipes were hung from the foundation to assure stability. The team did a good job, cleaning up the property. Anthony and the team did a great job. Photos show new sewer pipes compared to original and the second shows front yard after the work is completed.
Anthony did a great job in replacing our gas line.everything was as he said it would be . Very communicative in details. I definitely recommend him to everyone who is needing plumbing work .
" Buyer Beware!! " We had Ernie's Plumbing do scan of the sewage pipes because of a recurring clog. After the video scan that gave use the estimate here attached. It was VERY expensive (as you can see) so I asked for a copy of the video we paid for and they said "we do not supply copies of our scans." That was an immediate red flag! I called another plumbing company (LD Plumbing) and they said they could do a scan of the system and would provide a video with an explanation of what was found. They cane out and did the complete scan and said there was a MINOR problem, showed us the scan and said they could fix it for $450!! They did fix it for $450 not $3000 OR MORE!! (2) Response to the owner's (Ernie) reply. (A) I spoke at length to Michael the plumber who did the scan and he said they do not supply copies of the scan to customers, I called the office number and they confirmed to me that they do not supply copies of the scan to customers. (B) Justin did NOT stand over Michael and watch the scan. (C) Michael the plumber went into a long description of how laborious the repair would be to fix the dual clean out and even sent me a picture of what they would use to do the repair (see the picture). That is what we were quoted $3000 to replace! (D) LD Plumbing came out and did a full scan of the entire pipe system inside the home and outside. Came back and said there is only one minor problem which was that the dual clean out had slipped off the pipe and provided us with a picture (see the picture) and the repair would be quick and they would do it for $450! (E) They did the complete repair (NO BANDAID) using exactly the same item that Michael showed me in the picture he sent. (See the picture of the FULL REPAIR!) Once again I say BUYER BEWARE!
Terrible company. I would not do business with them. Beware
The very first thing I would like to say about Ernie's Plumbing is that A REAL PERSON actually answers the phone. It is NOT a robot like the 2 previous calls I had made prior to calling Ernie's. From my initial talk with Lisa, they were so helpful and able to meet my immediate needs. Scott came out, gave me the quote, was straight forward as to what needed to be done and the time frame in which to do it. He was young and my initial impression was questionable. However, this young man was well beyond his years in knowledge, courtesy, and most of all CLEANLINESS. The area he had been working in was left in perfect condition. No signs of him ever being there. Unfortunately, this is not like past experiences I have had. There was ALWAYS something left out of order that I would have to clean up after. With no hesitation I can honestly recommend Ernie's for any of your Plumbing needs. They will exceed your expectations. Dealing with a smaller independent company instead of a larger conglomerate in my opinion, is the only way to go. To them, you are not just another job and dollar sign, you are their lifeline.
Recently I had drainage trouble in my kitchen area, and I had been working with another company to try to resolve the issue. Ultimately, they wanted to excavate and replace a few pipes under the slab they couldn't clear from snaking or jetting. I called Ernie's Plumbing for a second opinion and they sent out Gary Blakely, who said he has 45 years of experience plumbing. After explaining the issue to him, snaked from the problem area all the way to the sewer, and his camera was able to reach that far unlike the previous company. He even brought us out to see inside of the pipes with the camera ourselves. After clearing the problem, the conclusion was that we just need to maintain our drain lines regularly and address a small issue above the slab at a later date. NO excavation was required, which saves us thousands of dollars compared to the other company's quote! Gary was courteous and knowledgeable, and solved our issue expediently. We now have peace of mind with our home. We're very happy customers!
The best plumbers you will ever have come to your home. If i could give them a million stars on their rating, I would. I had a main sewer line problem. Home warranty company was no help. Two other companies could not fix the problem referred me to a third company with a camera that lied to me about the problem and said it was my foundation issues their cost was 13,500.00 to fix. I had to verify with a well known foundation company my foundation and sewer pipe was intact. This proved the third company was trying to scam me. I finally found Ernie’s plumbing after a month of dealing with all of these incompetent crooks. Ernie’s fix everything and guide me perfectly. Total cost 1,100.00. Please call Ernie’s plumbing first and save yourself the headache and delays that I had to go through.
When my water heater began to fail, I found myself in need of capable assistance. Scott Reddick of Ernie’s Plumbing answered with admirable promptness. He arrived without delay, examined the matter with care, and presented me with an explanation of the situation along with options. In the end, I chose to replace the unit. As promised, Scott returned soon thereafter and carried out the work with efficiency and evident skill. His craftsmanship was of a high standard, and he conducted himself with a professionalism and courtesy that one does not always encounter.
Randy did a great job fixing my clogged bathroom sink. He diagnosed it quickly, and replaced the pipe. Mind you, the pipe installation wasn't installed correctly by another plumbing company. He also replaced the float in the toilet, he actually noticed it needed to be replaced before I could ask him to fix it while he was already at my house doing the initial repair. He cleaned up everything and left my bathroom spotless. A weight was lifted from my shoulders after Randy repaired everything. I would highly Randy and Ernie's plumbing. Thank you all so much.
An Ernie's Plumbing Technician, Gary Blakely, came to my home Friday and today to figure out where water was running. He was very professional, informative and he explained that it was the piece inside of the toilet that wasn't working properly. He provided an estimate for me to review beforehand and the total remained the same after everything was completed. The issue was resolved, thankfully, and I am once again a very pleased customer of Ernie's Plumbing. Thank you and your staff for all of your hard work. It is much appreciated!
Very satisfied with Ernie’s plumbing service. Very easy to deal with on the phone, very PROMPT scheduling. Have had a leaky kitchen sink, that I’ve tried to repair myself at least 4 times. My technician, Scott Reddick, was outstanding! He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He fixed what I could not, in record time. A job very well done! Major relief at not having a leak anymore. Very reasonable pricing and I am a happy customer. I will be using Ernie’s again and when I do, I hope Scott is my technician again!
We would like to thank our plumber Auden at Ernie’s Plumbing for his amazing service with our toilet repair today. He was friendly, courteous, and had great professionalism - he took care to listen to all of our questions, and he was committed to making sure we had a great result and were happy. Very honest and trustworthy, which is rare these days, and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. Thanks again for the great service. -Shagit T.
We have used Ernie’s plumbing once before and they were fantastic then and they were fantastic this most recent time as well. Our kid flushed an unknown item down the toilet and we had a backup in the toilet and the shower. Robert came out quickly and at a time that worked best for our work schedules. Robert worked quickly, located the item and had everything flushed out within 25min! We couldn’t be happier and will continue to use Ernie’s in the future.
This is the second time we have used Ernie's plumbing. If you call them ask for Robert he is amazing. He looked at our property and educated us on how to prevent future leaks and issues. He also showed me the part and identified the problem with our outdoor spigot and where it cracked. He was very up front with pricing and let me use a coupon for discount. I don't want anyone working on my pipes except Robert. Super straightforward and trustworthy.
