I had a slow sluggish drain issue Erik’s technician Bob was so professional, approachable. He explained up front the situation and pricing. Great customer service! Great company!!

Ian was great came in assessed the problem ordered the part and sat on hold with the company to get my warranty part. He then offered to come as late as he needed to get us back up and running once he got the part. Overall super great experience and price!

We are frustrated with Eric's service on our water spigot. The technician gave us incorrect information on what needed to be done in order to fix it. He tried a solution that only made the problem worse. And yet we were still charged the full amount. We had Any Hour Plumbing come out. They gave us an honest assessment of the leak and were able to fix it that same day. We will not be using Eric's Plumbing again.

Called them to fix a 3 years old water softner. They said it wasn't under warranty (untrue: parts were under warranty) and tried to sell me a new one for $3000. Then offer to descale my tankless water heater for $410! Called another company and they fixed it for $300 same day. Fast and polite service though. Edit - company replied saying they offered component replacement or full replacement. Not true. They stated there is no warranty on the parts (untrue) and recommended full replacement. No option to repair was offered. For the record, I got another company that wasn't the original installer to drop the head of the water softener to the local repair shop in Utah. Because parts were under warranty the cost was $298.

Punctual. Professional. Respectful. Knowledgeable. Proactive. Meticulous. All defined by Richie and Cesar from Eric's Plumbing. Richie arrived near the start of the scheduled window time frame. He was quite affable and considerately listened to all of our issues and our home upgrade goals. He courteously offered three options of how to help us and even explained different ways to mix and match and customize options even more. Richie was straight forward and provided clear and concise details, he answered all of our questions, and he was very patient with us as we were deciding what was best. He was completely indifferent with zero pressure if we chose the "just fix the broke things" bundle or if we chose the "upgrade all the things plus" bundle. We decided on the "upgrade all the things plus" bundle and Richie got after it. He soon brought in Cesar to expedite the work, and Cesar was just as friendly with the same level of professionalism that Richie had characterized. They both did a superb job with installation; everything was pro and solid. They were also magnificent with clean-up; no dings, dents, scrapes and everything buttoned up nicely. They were remarkably fast. One thing that astounded me... they removed their shoe covers when they walked outside and put them back on each time they entered. These guys truly respected our home. Moreover, Richie was outstanding when he went the extra mile by fixing a couple minor things which could be potential problems down the road. These were things that the original installer had cut corners and he wasn't contracted to fix. I greatly appreciate his unparalleled dedication and care. This is something I have not seen since I was a kid watching my father working with folks back in the 80's. Overall: Class 1 - Grade A+ Superior skills, exemplary craftsmanship, and a couple extraordinary guys that I could've easily hung out afterwards. Because of their praiseworthy job, we subscribed to Eric's yearly maintenance deal, and will be referring Eric's to everyone we know.

1/9/26 Eric’s Plumbing did a pipe re-fit for our rental property. Brian and Dylan were our technicians. Once again, a 5-star review. Bryan and Dylan went above and beyond our expectations! They were kind, courteous, highly trained, and very thorough. We couldn’t have asked for more. We appreciated that they explained the process and showed us their work before and after. Their integrity in their work shows and is a reflection of how much we value Eric’s Plumbing. 12/10/25 Another great experience with Eric's Plumbing. Our technician was Weston. He was great at explaining things and getting the job done. Weston worked on our rental home and was kind enough to explain things to us. We really appreciated it. We've always been impressed with Eric's Plumbing. Just a great company we continue to use. 6/4/2024 This is another post about Eric’s Plumbing. Once again they delivered. Bryan was our tech this time. He was so thorough and explained everything. He truly got the job done and gave us great advice. We appreciate the honest of Eric’s Plumbing. They are upfront with how much things will cost and provide excellent service. We have never been let down by their service. We feel confident with all of their seevicemen. Bryan was no exception. We initially experienced a blockage at our office and called another plumbing company. They came out, snaked the pipe, and told us there was a pipe collapse. Wanting to be sure, I decided to get a second opinion and contacted Eric’s Plumbing. Eric’s team came out, assessed the situation, and snaked the pipe again. They determined it was actually a clog, not a collapse, and proceeded to jet the line, which fully cleared the issue. Richie, the technician, was extremely thorough and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even showed us video footage of the pipe. He walked us through what had happened and pointed out exactly where repairs may be needed in the future. I really appreciated the honesty, transparency, and level of care we received. We will definitely be using Eric’s Plumbing going forward and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable service.

As much as I don't like having to call a plumber to come fix something, having Eric's Plumbing come was so much better than I expected. Our technician was Weston. He was courteous and professional. He told us exactly what we needed without trying to push more services on us. Weston explained everything he needed to do in a way that was easy for us to understand. And another thing I that like about Eric's Plumbing is that they are NOT part of the big plumbing conglomerate that own most of the plumbing businesses in the western states. They are a mom and pop kind of business that still provides excellent service with plumbers who seem to know what they are doing. I like that. We support local small businesses whenever we can.

We recently had extensive plumbing repairs done on our home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. I like Bob Very professional 👏 mindful of my front door closing so animals don't get out. He communicated as we where working though the problem. Didn't over sell and adjusted as we evaluated the situation. Noticed the water heater needed to be updated because of age advised without a heavy sell. Which makes me want to have only you guys come back to do the job. That trust is important in this kind of work. Again billing was updated as we progressed there was no fear selling going on. I feel that if i had an emergency water situation going on and I was at work , that Bob would have been honest with advisement to my wife And not taken advantage of an emergency situation. Blake did an amazing job! Every time we used our upstairs shower it was leaking down into our pantry. We were sure that we were going to have to cut holes in our drywall to find the leak. Blake came out, inspected the shower carefully and saw that there seemed to be an issue with the faucet. The faucet was leaking back into the wall whenever the water was turned on and it got a lot worse if we turned on the shower. Blake replaced the faucet in just a few minutes that did the trick. I can't tell you how thankful I was that he did a thorough check of the shower before cutting any holes in the wall or ceiling. Blake was quick, professional, and super friendly. We will be calling Eric's Plumbing & Drain Clean for all of our plumbing needs from now on.

We called Eric’s plumbing for a plugged drain in our kitchen sink. Ian did a good job. He used a 75’ snake but that didn’t fix the issue. As he was looking under the sink he found a piece of vent pipe that had failed. That was not allowing the water to drain. Once he fixed that problem, the sink started working fine again. The price charged is comparable to other plumbers in the area. I was thrilled to get on their schedule so quickly. We will most likely be using their company again in the future. I did have an episode where it began to plug up again in both sides of the sink - 3 days after this treatment, but I was able to get it to go back down, so I didn't call and report that.
