Within 45 minutes, he drove from Spanish Fork to American Fork with all the necessary supplies—no delays, no excuses. Even more impressive, Eric and his crew had the entire hot water heater replaced in under an hour. Professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable from start to finish. Amazing service, best price in town—hands down, and an all-around great experience. If you need a plumber you can trust, Eric and his team are the best there is. Highly recommend!

Rickie (or was is Richie) was absolutely fantastic. He was very helpful, kind, and polite, and he communicated clearly with us the entire time. We originally called him out for an issue with our shower, but he also took the time to check our water heater and inspect all the plumbing throughout the house, including the bathroom and kitchen sinks. He kept us informed of any potential issues he noticed along the way. What really stood out was how well he explained his process. Since the exact issue wasn’t immediately clear, he walked us through the order in which he planned to try different fixes—starting with the least invasive and least expensive options first. He was upfront about the likelihood of needing a more costly repair and made sure to get our approval before moving on to the next step if something didn’t work. We never felt rushed or pressured. He also made sure we felt satisfied before leaving, was great with our dog, and wore shoe covers to protect our floors, which we really appreciated. Overall, Rochi was extremely professional, friendly, and clearly very capable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Eric's Plumbing is fantastic! They are skilled, professional and give great service at a fair price. They saved us thousands over the other two plumbing companies for our water main replacement a couple months ago. We called Eric's Plumbing again for a low water pressure issue. Dillion was great! He was very thorough in his assessment and addressed a couple other issues. He explained the issues and possible repair options. We needed to replace the kitchen faucet. Dillion had one on the truck and repaired it right then. He did a beautiful job and we love the new faucet which was very reasonably priced. We enjoyed chatting with Dillion while he worked. After completing the work he went the extra mile and made sure everything was spotlessly clean which I really appreciated. Awesome company! Awesome plumbers! After looking up all the positive reviews mentioned about this service, we decided to use them when our kitchen sink drain stopped working. We had a very positive experience with the plumber who came out, Orlando, the first time. Great service, very friendly/professional, and pricing was made explicitly clear. We were very impressed. When we had him come out a second time, there was a misunderstanding with pricing, which the manager, Angie, helped us swiftly resolve. Since they fixed our plumbing needs and were very attentive throughout the whole process, we recommend going here. Because Eric's Plumbing took our concern seriously and fairly, I can tell they genuinely value their customers and do all they can to ensure customer satisfaction. As long as both parties are clear with pricing from the beginning, I would 10/10 recommend them to friends/family in the area!

Tub was backing up in our rental apartment. Eric’s came out on time, and even had to wait about 10min for us while we tried to find the keys to the van which was blocking me from leaving (long story..). Once there the technician was friendly and very understanding. He immediately went to work, and not only did he check the tub, but inspected the kitchen sink, toilet, and bathroom sink. He made sure it wasn’t a mainline issue, and augered the tub fixing the drain. He then proceeded to clean the tub for us and double checked his work again to make sure it was still draining properly. Truly felt he went above and beyond what he came to do. This type of service is also why we always goto Eric’s for all our plumbing needs. Great work, great quality, excellent technicians, friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Thank you!!!

We have used Eric's plumbing 3 times now in the 4 1/2 years owning our house and they have alway been so nice friendly the price is fair even when its on a Saturday we had a leak coming from one of the pipes from our water heater he was able to see it was just a fitting that has failed he was only here maybe an hour tops fixed it it looks good and professional not a hack job didnt try to up sale on anything and we also taljed to him about how much it would cost to repipe our house sense the plumbing is the original pipes when it was built got us a quote fast and detailed and explained there process we will definitely be call to have you guys do that job for us when the time Colton was awsome today another good experience from Eric's plumbing

I don't have any photos to share, but I wanted to give Eric's Plumbing a huge shout out. My 4 yr old grandson decided to put at least 1/2 a roll of TP in the toilet and then flushed it. Obviously overflowing, the husband & I spent a couple of hrs trying to plunge & snake without success. Called our favorite plumber, he came out & was able to clear it quickly. Eric's Plumbing has come to our rescue on several occasions over the years. I will remain a repeat & loyal customer, because they are professional, respectful, reasonably priced & get the job done right the first time. Richie, from Eric's plumbing, was professional and courteous throughout the process. It was largely due to the excellent experience we had with Richie at our daughter's house on her plumbing project that led us to use Eric's ourselves. Richie completed the replacement of our pressure control valve and water heater in about 2 and 1/2 hours, cleaned up after himself and charged us the agreed upon price. Eric's Plumbing overall was also very positive to work with. They always answered the phone when we called, gave us a window of time to expect Richie, called us the morning of the scheduled work to confirm Richie's arrival time -- and he arrived as committed.

I started using Eric‘s plumbing when Eric was the only one who would come in and reroute some stuff in my 1905 vintage home. We just had a water heater start leaking over the weekend so I called Eric‘s plumbing to help out. Richie got here first thing Monday morning, quickly diagnose the issue and swapped out the water heater. In addition he pointed out that we had too much pressure coming into the home which could shorten the life so he put on a pressure regulator valve. Lastly he cleaned out the flu where he found a dead starling so glad that he is so thorough! Great work, decent price, no runaround or hassle.

Eric's Plumbing was recommended to us by a neighbor and we had a great experience with them! Our water heater had to be turned off and replaced suddenly. Eric's was able to get a plumber, Chris, out the next day to give us an estimate. The price was very competitive compared to the other estimates we received. When Chris arrived, he was very efficient and thorough. We didn't feel high pressured into buying immediately. When he came back for installation, he was able to get everything hooked up, even in our tight space. We wouldn't have any concerns calling on Eric's again in the future.

I had DIY project go wrong with my replacing my shower faucet. I called Eric’s plumbing because every other plumber place were going to charge me an arm and a leg to come out. I got Hunter as a plumber and he was very professional. He went over pricing before he started and gave me an option to kick him out I I didn’t approve of the price. I told him to go ahead and he did an amazing job. After he was done he showed me his work and also check my water pressure and gave me an honest price to do it. All around Hunter was amazing. He does need a new phone that would be faster but it’s ok.

I’ve used Eric’s Plumbing a couple of times at my home and have been really impressed every time. Scheduling was quick and easy from their website, their team showed up on time, and everything was handled efficiently. What stood out most to me was how professional their technicians are. Turned out to be a much smaller problem than we worried it was. Very quick and smooth process, with no frustrations. He was patient with me and explained everything to my satisfaction. Presented clear options so that I felt like we made an educated decision at the end. Was within the price range we were anticipating before we called. If it was a higher price than it might have been with another company (which I doubt it was), it was worth the peace of mind for us. Very content.
