Pepe and Gustavo were excellent. They were knowledgeable, professional, and polite. They stuck with the problem until they found the cause, then fixed it, tested their work, and cleaned up before they left.
SOS: When I went to take a bath, the hot water faucet in my tub came shooting out of the wall, followed by a torrent of hot water. Once the water to the house was off, I called Enviro Plumbing. Daniel sent Jesus out the first thing the next morning. Jesus was reassuring, personable and professional. Enviro is unusual in that it charges by the job rather than time spent on it by the technician. We needed parts to match the old faucet stems, so Jesus suggested he take lunch while I went to Snyder Diamond to pick up the parts. As a result, Jesus was able to finish the job efficiently. When I called Enviro to let Daniel know how impressed I was with Jesus, Daniel told me how much training he requires of his technicians. Courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Enviro!
Had a small plumbing issue. Mauricio and Pepe came out to help. Offered transparent pricing and prompt service. There was a small leak after they'd left, but the technician came back to fix it the next day free of charge. Will consider Enviro for future plumbing needs. Tried many different plumbers on the Westsid but happy to have found a reliable partner for more consistent use. Would consider for larger jobs too.
We had a leak at our house and Enviro Plumbing came out straight away to diagnose and fix the problem. They were prompt, professional, and extremely efficient — everything was explained clearly and the repair was completed without any fuss. It’s such a relief to have it sorted so quickly! I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing work.
Manny and Gustavo did a great job installing a Toto toilet in my powder room and a new water pressure regulator, pipe and faucet outside the house. They were on time, quiet and very neat, leaving nothing for me to clean up afterwards. It was the least stressful plumbing I’ve ever had done, and I’ve renovated four houses.
