James has been to my house twice to repair faucets and did a great job each time. Very detailed with the explanations and does quick work. Cant recommend him enough!

Enco has been outstanding in particular James. He was the gentleman who handled the repairs in my bathroom. James had the knowledge and skill to repair a particularly problematic repair. Thank you James and Enco. I would also like to thank Jason who came out about 3 years ago after a pipe burst In my home and repaired it. He is the reason I called Enco for the second time for this current issue, and James will be the reason if needed I will use Enco for a third time. Thank you, Russ

Cody showed up in a reasonable amount of time (after hours). He was very pleasant to deal with and took care of our problem. He took time to make sure we didn't have any more questions about the transaction.

Updated Review: While I wish we didn’t experience the situation described below… mistakes happen. How someone (or a company) responds to a mistake speaks volumes. ENCO quickly reached out, explained their side of the story and listened to my concerns. In the end, they addressed the situation and demonstrated character. In the future they will be my first call. Original review: While the plumber who visited was timely, worked efficiently, and was very polite, I cannot recommend this company due to their questionable billing practices. After diagnosing our leak, the plumber provided us with a clear, agreed-upon quote for the repair. We accepted this price and the work was completed quickly and effectively. However, when it came time to pay the bill, we were told, "Oh sorry, the price is $150 more." This last-minute, unquoted increase left an extremely bad taste in my mouth. A quote should be honored, and springing a substantial, unauthorized fee on a customer after the job is done is unacceptable and feels like a classic bait-and-switch. For this reason, I would not recommend trusting this company. I will also be sharing this experience with our realtor who recommended them, as I would not want anyone else to face this kind of last-minute price gouging. Avoid if you value transparent and trustworthy pricing.

We needed to pull and replace old toilets in a newly purchased home. We called a couple local places with high Yelp ratings and either didn't get a return call or the pricing and explanation were really confusing. Our realtor recommended Enco. We got a clear explanation, a quick appointment, and even an offer to pick up the new toilets! When Luke arrived, on time, he was friendly, polite, and so professional. He did a great job with the install, and just as important, an incredible clean up job. I could not be more pleased!
