Emergency Plumbing Hero

Tom is a Saint! I awoke to a "pop" followed by the sound of water spray. The water valve at the base of the toilet flew off and water was everywhere!I tried putting it back on but coud not. After grabbing a pool noodle, I managed to divert the water into the tub while I looked to shut off the water. Well, I could not get the water off and the bathroom was filling up. I called the first plumber that google showed, and after realising I was talking to a digital person, I hung up. Then I found these guys! I was desperate, wet and about to cry because I couldn't shut it off and it was 3am in the morning! Tom answered after the second ring. I told him what was happening, hysterically mind you, and how he managed to calm me and get my location is a mystery. When he said he would be here in 30 minutes, I was skeptical but hopeful. Well, let me tell you, this guy was here in 15 minutes and with a broken leg! I was panicked, yet relieved to see them, especially with it being the holiday and all. Well, he got the water shut off, and his assistant, Jason? (Sorry if name is wrong guys, I'm better with faces) got the valve replaced in record time. I gotta say, these two men are AWESOME! They are professional, knowledgeable and they're customer service is outstanding! Tom went the extra mile for me and I cant thank him enough! The cost was VERY reasonable seeing that it WAS an emergency call AND it was 4am on Black Friday. Thank You Again So much for coming out so quickly, your efficiency is appreciated. I definitely recommend these guys for any plumbing need you may have, or better yet, put their number on speed dial like I did! You guys ARE truly Heros! 😇

Tom did a great job; had an under the sink leak at 8:00 pm at night. He drove right over and fixed everything he had parts for. Came out the next day and finished up the job. Works great. Thanks!!

Thomas is a great plumber. He was very thorough and helpful as he installed our new toilet. Thank you for your help on such short notice and thank you for your kindness.

He came out right away and helped me with my plumbing and did it for a great price. Any other plumbing company would have wanted alot of money to do this job but he got it done without breaking the bank and did great work also. I don't have to get on the roof no more to unclog my toilet. Plus it was done in a timely manner at that. He has also changed out my hot water heater for a great price and sourced the hot water heater for me as well so he is a great all around plumber.

Thomas is very professional and friendly. He advises me about maintaining my water heater and making it last longer. He is very thorough in what he do to make sure it doesn’t have any issue. I highly recommend him for any Plumbing issues.
