We had a leak in our shower and the outdide faucet, also had a bathroom faucet installed. Gave me a price before he did any work. Nick arrived on time, very nice, did a great job. 2nd time using this company they are awesom. Also prices, while I would not say cheap, I will say very resonably priced. Unlike some plumbing companies that will jack the price up because then can, this company is on point. Thank you, Dave Haraway

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for this company! We called a competitor at 9pm and they said they would have someone out there between 9pm-12am at 11:30 we got a call saying no plumber could make it out. After calling 12 other businesses Emergency Plumbing & Drain services were the only ones to come out and help us nick was there within 30 minutes very kind and professional worked on a main line clog for over 2 hours. We did not have a main line clean out on the exterior of our house so he had to remove our toilet and snake under our house using a commercial snake. To be safe he sent a camera down and reached a spot about 15 feet outside our home that was still clogged although our toilet and showers were draining again he told us he was 99% sure it would be an issue again soon and we would have to dig up the spot. Financially we were worried what all of this was going to cost. He put the toilet back on properly installing a new wax ring even the hose on the back of the toilet since he noticed it was leaking and also proceeded to clean my entire bathroom floor with clorox very clean and respectful. We only were charged $450 even though it was 3am when he left and an emergency call. He offered extremely fair prices that no other company could beat. Thank God for this company and Nick's thouroughness we dug up the line and there was a opening with a large tree root going through it. if it wasn't for nicks thouroughness we would've had this issue again and had to pay extra beyond gratefull for this company and nick.

Nick came out to our house when we had a sudden emergency. Our hose bib connected to our washer was leaking. He showed up within an hour, diagnosed the problem, informed me of the solution, and completed the job in about 15 minutes at a much more reasonable price then most emergency companies would. I highly recommend Nick in this company to take care of any plumbing needs whether it is an emergency or not.

I hired this company to come into my home and paid more than 9k dollars to do a re piping in my home I tried to stay vigilant on what they were doing but I couldn't just sit around and watch them the whole time I was watching them cut through all my walls and making a mess thinking we'll im sure after they are done they will clean up or lay stuff down before hand but nope they didn't I left to go to church while they continued working in my home I come back from church about 4 hours later to a complete mess I was in shock everything including my baby pictures and baby books allll my clothes floors printers every thing was full of insulation and dust I then go to my bathroom and its was destroyed my house got destroyed from this company things were just piled up and thrown out of their way and they never once asked to move things around or anything they just took all of our personal items and shoved them around and made a mess I tried calling the owner and never got a call back I will have to now call a professional cleaner to help with this mess I would never ever hire this company again dont make my mistake and get taken advantage of STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY I literally came home to a disaster and messed up walls

Had an emergency disconnected bidet spray in the middle of the night two weeks ago that was flooding all over our floors and bathrooms. I called Nick and he was able to get here promptly. He was able to stop the water from spraying, using a wrench to turn the water off as the lever wasn't budging at first but overcharged us a fee of $520. I don't believe this was a fair charge, however I acknowledge I initially gave a 5 star review and am changing now because at the moment- I wasn't comfortable to express my true feelings given the emergency. $520 for simply turning off the water and not even fixing anything is corrupt. I can't do anything about it now; I wish I called my neighbors instead.

We called Emergency Plumbing & Drain Services on Easter (Sunday, March 30th), around 5:30 am. We called regarding sewage backing up from our master bathroom shower and toilet. Nick was dispatched to us and arrived around 8 am. He assessed the situation and asked my wife and me if we had a "clean-out," to which we responded that we were fresh new homeowners, and did not know what if we had a clean-out, as we had been in the home less than 2 weeks. Nick briefly searched the exterior of the home and determined that there was no cleanout. To resolve the backup without a clean-out, he snaked our master bathroom shower and guest bathroom toilet and tub (as water was backing up there as well). He left our master bathroom operational but did not restore our guest bathroom to working condition. In addition, the finish on the guest bathroom tub was damaged during the snake. Had Nick performed the snake to the existing clean-out (located after the visit), we would not have had ongoing issues with our guest bathroom, resulting in calling another plumber. Lastly, both bathrooms were left in a gross state, leaving my wife and I to clean up sewage on the walls and floors of both bathrooms.

We had a bad leak on the main by the meter that flooded the sidewalk. The County came and shut the water to the house. I came from work at 7:30 PM and I started calling around for an emergency plumbing service. No answer from four big companies with great reviews that they advertise 24/7 service. None of them ever responded to my phone and online messages. At 10:30 PM, I called the Emergency Plumbing & Drain Services. The plumber Nick, not an answering service, answered my call on his way to another emergency. He told me he would be at my house in Westchase right after and he did within 90’. He repaired the broken pipe and he stayed until almost 1:00 AM to make sure everything was working the right way. Nick is very professional, knowledgeable and polite. these guys are real lifesavers! Our business had a broken pipe for the toilet spewing water on a Thursday night at 8om just as we were closing. The leak was situated in a way that we had to turn off water for the entire store. Like many businesses Friday is one of our busiest days so we absolutely had to have water by the next morning. After calling one other 24 hour service and not getting the promised call back after more than 1 hr from their tech, we gave up and called this company. They promised that someone would be helping us within an hour and THEY ACTUALLY DID THAT! The tech was quick to correctly fix the problem and get us up and running again for the next day. Pricing was more than fair for after hours service

I called Emergency Pluming and Drain Services when I found an active water leak inside of my wall. Nick came out immediately after he finished his prior call and began probing with a camera to find my leak. We talked about the best course of action to avoid any larger issues in the future and Nick began the pipe replacement the very next morning. The final results were exactly as discussed and the price was very competitive. Nick used high quality materials, worked efficiently, and now the house is leak-free; all is functioning 100%. We called Nick for an emergency call at 9 o'clock at night my 80 year old moms spicked outside on her hose broke. He told me he would be here within the hour. He was here in 40 minutes. He was very respectful, he worked fast, he had to get parts, he got right on it, got it fixed right away, did a beautiful job, and the price that he gave us for an emergency job was the best we have ever gotten. I would very much recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber him and his company did amazing. He was respectful, and he knew the situation we were going through. He was very polite.

My toilet was clogged and we have just 1 bathroom i have me, my wife , my son, and grandbaby and water kept rising! I called this company in panic and Louis came out and was here within 20 minutes and done in 2 minutes he is a life saver I appreciate the quick fix he even gave me a discount for being a first time caller, I've never used a Plumber before but I will always recommend this company to anyone who needs fast, professional and efficient service. This is what you call 10/10 emergency plumbing repair. I called a few places before with long holds or earliest availability in the morning. This leak couldn’t wait. I called Emergency Service and Nick picked up after a couple rings and was able to arrive under 30mins and solved this nightmare. He was prompt, direct communication, fair on pricing and only took about 1.5hrs including going to get parts from the store. The before and after show true craftsmanship! Thanks Nick!
