I run a 132 room motel and started getting hot water complaints on a Thursday. Chattanooga Plumbing came out the same day and found the problem. Unfortunately, they warned me, the part needed would be very difficult to find but they'd get on it. Friday morning, they told me that they had found the part at a distribution center in South Carolina. The company could ship it to us Monday. Knowing how critical it was to me not to have to go an entire weekend with this problem, they let me know they'd send someone out to get it that day so it could be installed same day, providing the distribution center allowed carry out. Luckily, a short time later, they found the part in Birmingham, a little closer, but could definitely carry it out. The plumber called me and said he'd drive to go get it and would be back to my property around 7pm to then do the installation of the new part. I couldn't believe it. All this on a Friday night. I'm sure this guy had plenty of other things he could be doing on a Friday night instead of laying on my cold laundry room floor under my boiler. We haven't had a single hot water complaint since. The service from Chattanooga Plumbing was above and beyond what I'd ever expect from a company. They've won my property's business.

I called them to fix a toilet. It may sound simple but if you don't have a working toilet, life can be miserable. They came out right away and were true professionals. I really appreciate talking to a person when I call a business. They are now my "go to" plumber!

I have been having problems with my shower leaking for a while. I had previously used Chattanooga Plumbing and been very satisfied with Johns work. They are very timely and professional. I was giving a very reasonable flat rate for the repairs. My Shower cartilage had to be replaced and my water heater had to be adjusted. I would highly recommend Chattanooga Plumbing for there professionalism /cost/and timely service. Sybil C

Recently, Chattanooga Plumbing came to my 87 year old Mom's house to repair a leak in the basement. After fixing the leak, my Mom pointed out that the faucet in the kitchen had not worked well since it was installed during a previous visit by Chattanooga Plumbing (2013). Barely any water pressure. The plumber said, "That's awful! How long has this been this way?" My Mom said, "Since you guys installed it." The plumber checked things out and determined that it must be the faucet. (Although the faucet was brand new when it was installed in 2013, it apparently was a bad faucet.) The plumber told my Mom, "You go buy yourself a new faucet and I will come out here and install it" indicating he would do it for free. So Mom bought a new faucet and notified Chattanooga Plumbing, asking for the same plumber. A plumber came out, replaced the faucet, and voila, excellent water pressure. However, the plumber was a different gentleman, and unfortunately he handed Mom a bill for $125, which she paid. Ridiculous. The awful thing about this is that when they first installed the faucet, Mom complained and asked them to return and do something about such terrible water pressure. They did nothing. Now in 2017, at least they have someone on staff who is SMART enough and kind enough to at least care that their company left my Mom in such an unfortunate situation. In 2013, my Mom and I spent approx. $9700 with Chattanooga Plumbing to have the house put on the sewer line, plumbing for a dishwasher, and a new faucet for the kitchen. You would think we were bad customers. BTW, the secretary at Chattanooga Plumbing was uncaring and dismissive of my Mom's complaints in 2013 and now I have had it and am writing this review.

Chattanooga Plumbing got the job done but cost was higher than expected....Company had to come up with a difficult to replace bathroom faucet....they did a lot of research to find the right replacement and got the job done! However the bathroom faucet cost was much higher than I would have paid if told upfront what the part cost....could have replaced the entire vanity for less...Faucet cost me $800 (online cost was $650...$150 markup) and with labor my cost to fix a leaky faucet was $950. Service to replace was great but company was not sensitive to cost.....Recommend you get a written estimate prior to work!

Excellent service, follow-up and customer service. This company was no more and no less expensive than other companies so price isn't a consideration on this review. But, what makes this company stand out are the three items I mentioned. I like a company that communicates with you, and this one did from the office staff verifying the appointment to the men on the job who let us know when they'd be here for the work. It is very welcome and in today's workforce, very unusual, to get a thank you but we did. We received a nice card a few days after the service thanking us for our business. We will use them again and recommend this company to anyone who is interested. The men on the job, Matt and Mitchell are good representatives for Chattanooga Plumbing.

Best plumbers with whom I have ever dealt. Spent many hours fixing a problem caused by another plumber who had charged to fix the issue he caused without actually fixing. They spent many hours at our house and did not charge for half the time. I cannot recommend enough.
