Everyone knows how it feels when your toilet is filling up with water when it should be emptying the water!! I tried to take care of the problem myself dumping dish detergent and hot water in the bowl. Then came the plunging but the problem only got worse bc it wasn’t a clog but a pump problem. Thank heavens for Nick with Emergency Plumbers who came to my rescue within 45 minutes. After snaking drain he realized it was a sewage pump problem. Once we located pump the rest was easy. Now thanks to Nick😇 my bathroom is back in business to help our flow continue for decades to come!

Great Service! We had a emergency problem in the middle of a Saturday. Called and they had someone out within the hour. Tony came and fixed it for us. He did a great job. The price was fair and reasonable, especially for a Saturday afternoon. Would highly recommend and use again!

Horrible service, you can tell they're trying to rip you off!!! I asked for general price and described the issue of a drain clog where the floor drain is accessible, where the water isn't draining, and the clean out that's roughly 5' away is clear and dry (so the clog is in the middle somewhere). He gave me the price of $75 to look at it and then will quote full price but roughly $300-400 to snake if no toilets need to be removed in order to snake it. I said that no toilets need to be removed, once again it's accessible, and I agreed to the $75. Thinking maybe he didn't hear my first explanation of the issue, I went to explain that I'm hoping and thinking it should be relatively easy and thus on the lower end of his quote, maybe even less, since it's a small run and no toilets or fixtures need to be removed but also that is a new building and barely used, but also, I understand that what is found will ultimately control the final price. Apparently just saying that offended him!! I guess they want to get in and then make up reasons to jack up the price because this guy then went on to say that customers don't get to have any say in what their prices are. Then said based off how I described the job, it'll cost me $700! But of course, could be more. I was shocked and said what happened to the $300-400 and he said it sounds like a $700 job. I'm like what's happening right now, who talks like this. He then goes on to insult me saying that I don't have any money, I'm broke, I need to go and figure out how to make money to afford him before I call, and so on. Well, I guess not everyone can screw people over to make money like he does but clearly he makes too much. No one should work with people like this, they clearly have the intention of pushing the price up and overcharging. They want stupid people that don't know anything about their problem so they can screw you over!!

Tried to charge me $800 for the exact same work, or very similar, they did for me for $450. When I challenged, the tech (exact same tech!) came down to $600 and then to $550. So the work became $250 less expensive in the course of 5min? In fact, he started saying things that simply were not true to justify the inflating pricing. I pulled up his prior invoice to prove to him he was incorrect in his bizarre justifications. This was NOT a matter of not all jobs are the same. I clearly understand that. This was an attempt to gouge. Hate to leave this review because they’ve done stellar work for me in the past, but don’t try to cheat your repeat customers. I’ll call you back when you standardize your pricing. Actually I probably won’t. Got the work done for $410 by another firm. Disappointing…

I had an issue with my water heater where one of their guys was really good and he was very honest and told me what the issue was. So this time I called back. You always want to work with people you trust. I had a running toilet. Told the woman scheduling it's most likely the flapper. What should have happened is she should have quoted me the cost. He gets here and says it's the entire system. Which was not true because my handy man changed it two days ago except the flapper. so first you already are lying about what needs to be fixed. So know they will lie. Then he says oh it's just the flapper. I told him I already told the scheduler that it was. He proceeds to tell me it was $200 for the fix of the flapper. I asked the cost of the flapper he says 12.99. Took him all of 20 seconds to fix this. So all of that was labor. Basically I was charged 200 an hour for this guy to change a flapper. Do not call these guys. They are dishonest and also overcharge. I am also totally taken aback that I was asked if I owned this home? Would you ask a white person if they owned their home? What kind of question is that? Do NOT hire them. --- responding to their note I also have the right to share my experience and how I felt and what factually happened. Nobody wants to feel like that and have a realization where a company went wrong several steps. Not having you complete the job is a problem because I owe for you coming. So now I'm stuck. I'm letting people know the affordability and how everything factually happened.

Milan arrived promptly from Urgent Plumbing and Rooter LLC who is in partnership with Emergency Plumbers. We called Emergency Plumbers who dispatched Milan. Milan explained why we had a line leak and was very efficient and prompt in fixing the water line. These two companies were very reliable and responsive to the water line leak especially for a Sunday morning!!! I highly recommend their services. Thank you Milan! This is the same Sunday! It’s hard to believe but a pipe broke inside the house! We had to reach out to Milan again! He did a first rate job. Showed us the two damage pipes that he replaced. Milan also checked the water pressure, which was almost a 100 psi 😳 Hence we changed the valve as well. I highly recommend their services. Thank you again Milan for your excellent professionalism and workmanship.

Our garden hose valve broke & water was going everywhere. As a result our water continue to run & the only way we knew to stop it was by turning off the main water line. The next day my husband & I were in search of a plumber. God led me to google plumbers & I saw Emergency Plumbing. I called & spoke to Michael at around 2pm & he told me that he could have someone at our home between 5pm-7pm but closer to 5pm. I received a call back & was told that someone cancelled & a plumber could be at our home at 4pm. This is the fastest service we’ve seen ever. The problem was repaired & it didn’t cost us a whole lot of money. We highly recommend this company & we truly appreciate the excellent service!

Saturday night, my shower suddenly wouldn’t turn off. I was panicked because it was close to 10! I reached out to Emergency Plumbers and he walked me through turning off the water valve. A neighbor helped me cut water for the evening and Emergency Plumbers was at my house by : 8:30am the next day. Nikolay was thorough and fixed the failed part. I could not have waited until Monday for water. Highly recommend Emergency Plumbers. I’m keeping their number saved in my phone! Hope to never need it again but glad they are there in case.

Excellent service!! I had a terrible toilet clog where the sewage started to come up into the tub! Awful mess. This was a Saturday evening emergency so I thought it would take a long time to answer my call and arrive, but it didn’t. I was kept updated on the arrival time by text which was great. Everyone, from Nikolay who took my call to Tony who came to do the job, was very kind and professional. And the price was reasonable! Five stars and would highly recommend.

On Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend, we needed a plumber to fix a broken supply line. We first called all the big plumbing companies that advertise everywhere. Not a single big companies like Superior Plumbing or Mr Plumber could help until the next day. We had no water!!!! Thanks to Emergency Plumbers who saved the day we were able to have water on before the end of the night. They're awesome and would defend recommend!!!

I was without gas for 6 days because of a valve the tank needed to get replaced. All the companies I would call they kept saying they didn’t do replacement for those types of valves, except Emergency Plumbers LLC. They were quick to answer my calls, texts, and help me to try to resolve my gas tank problem. I would definitely use them again whenever I have a plumbing issue. Highly recommend.

We have had Nick come out twice. We trust what he says. He's honest and transparent and explains patiently why he recommends what is needed. So we are very happy with the service! Nick had installed a water heater after ours bursted. And then we had a leak from our bathroom about a month later. Anyway he has been very helpful!

It was quick making an appointment. Kiril (Kris) walked through my entire list with me and answered all my questions thoroughly. He even checked outside water pressure and our pipes in the crawlspace to answer a question of mine. Very fair, honest, and easy to work with. Will call again for future needs!
