Emergency Plumber Help

Called Sunday night at 9pm, arrived at my home within 30 minutes to repair main water pipe. Service was fast and price was very affordable even with after hours charge. I would highly recommend and will be using them moving forward.

Had an emergency with my shower. The water was stuck on and I couldn’t find my water shut off. My wife called up Emergency Plumber Help and the plumber was on site in less an hour. The plumber was very professional and helpful. He was able to quickly fix our problem and I would highly recommend them.

We are a business and had an issue suddenly come up. They came out very quickly, identified the problem. While I was not at the location, I was kept informed every step of the way. Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend their services

They wanted $590 to run out a sink pipe. I opened it with Draino and a plumger. The price is prohibative.

Calls and texts for delays for the whole day then no call no show by end of day. Would not recommend

These people are complete SCAM artists and I will be reporting them to the BBB. 1st of all, they weren't able to give me a quote over the phone- even though it was a simple stuck drain cover in my tub. So sure enough, in comes some guy with another 1 in tow, that he was 'training' and looks at the drain plug and had the nerve to say to me that he'll fix it for $500. When i laughed & said another company had quoted me $225 but couldn't come out till the following day, he said 'fine, I'll do it for $275 for the convenience that I'm already here'. WTF!? I was so caught off guard- and honestly a bit scared- that these 2 unethical men were in my house, that I just said yes, to get them out of there. They had a little tool & popped the drain up in literally 10 seconds- I'm not exaggerating- and charged me $275!? The guy actually told me the 'technicians'' make more money by charging customers more- what a SHADY SHADY business- and this is what they're teaching new trainees, so clearly it's common practice to them. DO NOT USE!

Dan from the call center scheduled the service. I had explained the issue on yelp prior to the service call. I also explained when I scheduled the consult visit. Sent one gentleman out (Justin) and after he arrived we showed him the video of water gushing out. Needless to say he didn't even look at the problem himself and said he couldn't do the work by himself and would have to get another person because of osha requirements and it would cost us double the labor because two people would have to be paid and quoted thousands of dollars just to fix a pipe. My question is why did they send just one person out when I had explained the issue up front. Felt like the guy didn't want to do the work at all. Seemed happy to leave.

Had water appear a couple days post hurricane and electric being turned back on. Scrambled to find a same day plumber as this was a Sunday. Thankfully ER Plumber was able to find someone willing to come by and he was so nice in helping us mitigate the issue without selling us anything unnecessary.

These guys were fast and efficient. I called them in the morning and they came over immediately. They fixed the problem. I asked for an estimate on future work. And then the owner was kind enough to call me after his plumber left and ask about the level of service.

I was incredibly stressed out because I had a backed up toilet and bath tub and they sent Cody over right away and did an absolutely fantastic job he solved the issue and triple checked to make sure everything was good. I will for sure be using them again!

Tony was on time and didn't stop til the job was done. He was here til midnight after working all day on other customers jobs I would highly recommend this company and will use and recommend them for future plumbing problems. Thank you so much

Had a leakage problem late in the evening and emergency plumber came out to fix it within 1 hour and saved us from having our bedroom get flooded. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Professional, prompt, polite. Seriously they were awesome. Arrived when stated. Got to it and fixed the issue. Would happily use again amd recommend. We can wash clothes and sishes again!! Yay.

Had a pipe leak in bathroom behind wall in the middle of the night. Emergency plumbers came out and fixed the issue promptly. Saved us from having our bedroom get flooded. Thank you!

We needed some help with our washer being set up and Emergency Plumbing Help did just that . They were professional and they will be coming back for more projects
