Emergency No More 24hr. Septic, Drain & More

I honestly can not say enough about this company. I will make this a little long to properly tell you why we will never use anyone else! First, as soon as you call you will be treated with such a remarkably caring receptionist. Candy is one of the sweetest receptionist my husband and I have ever dealt with. She will listen to every word that you have to say (even the stupid ones) and will not rush you to just schedule. Most places we have dealt with do not take the time to listen and will make you feel like just a money ticket and candy does not, She takes her time to understand your situation and makes you feel heard and like a friend (she's a receptionist who needs to teach other companies how to treat their clients!!!) my husband and I could not stop talking about how wonderful she was and we just loved dealing with her (I even called to just have a conversation with her and she never once rushed me off the phone) The receptionist will you what type of company you're dealing with and you could tell how much she loved her job and we knew rite away we needed to use them! Like I said the receptionist is the most important role because they're the vision of the company and people inside!!!! Then very quickly we were scheduled and ready for Seth to come out. And he was remarkable himself! Very knowledgeable , very professional, new what he was talking about and made sure we understood what was going on. He did not just charge us a price when something unexpected happened with the project (the last company we used just charged us and never explained anything) , he spoke with us explained every detail and made sure we were ok with it before any changes were made. He was honest and reliable every single step! The Prices were perfect because he did exceptional work! I will pay any amount for Seth to do it correctly the first time!! We will never use another company! We loved Seth and candy and the way they do their business! If you're looking for a down to earth company to work with just stop reading and reach out! If I could give a million stars I would. Thank you all for showing the exact reason you have 5 stars!!

My hot water heater went out they came out about 5 and give me estimate. They had to go to Cleveland to get one and come back and installed it that night they worked on it till 930. If you need anything done I suggest give them a call . They are very professional and good on price.

Excellent customer service with Candi Seth and John amazing job done very professional and courteous. Kept us informed on ETA. Came out on a Saturday and fixed our emergency will use them and recommend them always

They were nice. They did the job quickly. I felt very over charged. In fact when I asked about the price, they said it was “mainly because you are 45 minutes away from us.” I understand that’s on me. I didn’t have to book them. But I was given their information as a reference and assumed distance wasn’t an issue. They could have told me up front. I would have found someone closer or agreed to the up charge. I didn’t know anything about the work they were going to do. Again that’s on me, I should have researched. But for the price they told me over the phone I assumed (and that’s my fault for not asking) they would have to dig up the system. It was two people who were worked for less time than it took for me to write the check, who poured a small container of solution into the system. And it cost over $600. But hey. Life lesson learned. Ask more questions.

The reason for giving at least 2 stars was they got here fast and were respectful. We had them come out to fix a clogged drain last night. They wanted over $600 to jet the line. They stated we needed to get the septic pumped (which was now full because they just placed a bunch of water into the lines) and do some other work with an estimate of $2200. I'm not even sure if that included the septic cleanout. The jet didn't fix the issue (not sure it was done right and never went up the line and only into the septic). I was left paying $450 and no working toilet or sinks. This morning had another company came out and pumped the septic. Said everything looks good. Put water down a pulled toilet because we are in the middle of a remodel and guess what. It didn't fill up and went into the septic. The issue was still a clog in the drain. Which we stated when Emergency No More first got here. Even told them what was done 3 and a half years ago from a similar issue. And they insisted it needed to be jetted. Not pull a toilet or snake the line. The company that came out this morning got us taken care of by pulling the toilet and snaking the line. Unfortunately cost us a total of 1000 bucks (both companies) for something that should not have cost that much. Granted, at some point, soon we needed to pump the septic, which is why we went ahead and did it. But Emergency No More didn't bother listening to the customer and jumped to the highest price. I know partially my fault for letting them do it. But at that point, the jet was made to sound like it would work, was late, and had to pay for the fee of them coming out. Figured Jet would work. Was told that was the best route by people that supposedly know better than the average people.

After another plumbing service sent by our home warranty failed to resolve our issue, we decided to bypass the warranty contractor list and find our own. Seth at Emergency No More was given to me as a recommendation from the local plumbing supply house. I left a voicemail and received a text within minutes. Seth was able to come the very next day and was able to resolve the issue after having discovered some significant drainage issues we were unaware of. He did great work and although plumbing can be expensive, I felt that the cost was reasonable for the security of having no plumbing issues. He has since followed up with me to check on things. Seth was up front about the estimate and stuck to it even after having to get into more than expected underneath my house. The whole transaction was transparent and above board. Just the way I like to do business. Seth and Candy have been refreshing to work with and we will keep them at the top of our call list for plumbing issues in the (hopefully distant) future.

Finding Seth and his company was such a wonderful experience. I had waited the previous week for a plumber that never showed or called. Frustrated I took to google and found this company that had sooooo many 5 star reviews that I knew I had to call. Called on a Monday morning and was promised someone would be here sometime between 2 and 4. At 3:30 I received a text that Seth was 15 minutes out. He showed up, researched the situation and promptly gave me an estimate. I accepted. He had to go and retrieve some special equipment from his warehouse and promptly came right back. He cleaned out the blockage and then ran a camera through all the pipes while I watched so I could see that they were all clean. He also gave me some tips for the future. He then increased my water pressure and showed me a cool way to clean my garbage disposal! (For no extra charge) For such a young man Seth was knowledgeable, professional, prompt and polite! Will definitely refer him to everyone that asks.

Emergency No More has earned a long standing customer. Hands down the best service we have received in a long time. Seth and his team arrived on-time, were courteous, professional and friendly. On arrival we explained our septic system situation and immediately Seth went to work to assess and provide an estimate. Once prepared, we received a fair estimate and work involved was explained, and Seth received approval to proceed. Emergency No More team went to work and completed the job. Let’s face it folks, this kind of work is crappy and no one wants to spend hard earned money on these sorts of repairs, but I can assure you if needed again this is my business of choice. So if you’re looking for a business to help you stop reading this and call Emergency No More. I highly recommend this business!

I had a water leak pop up in my downstairs bathroom copper tubing. Looked around and found Emergency NMP&S with great reviews. Called them up to get their viewpoint and Candy was extremely polite and was able to get me set up within 40 minutes. Seth and his coworker (sorry, I forgot his name) came out within about 30 minutes and they definitely deserve every 5 star review they get. They answered all my questions and even explained things, for a novice like me. He gave me a great quote for the emergency and was able to take care of it pronto. They cleaned up after themselves and away they went. If you have any plumbing problems, give them a call before you try to call anyone else in the Cleveland, TN area. April 6 2026 I was unexpectedly hit with my septic issue and of course it needed immediate attention. So of course I googled companies in my area. I was told it would be days before someone would be here to check out my situation. Then I called Emergency No More. My experience could not have been better. I spoke with Candy and from the get go felt she was concerned about me and my situation. Within the hour Seth was here to save my day. He made sure I understood what the problem was and what he would be doing every step of the way. What was estimated that the cost would be is exactly what we agreed on. I’m retired so AKA broke. The pricing was very,very reasonable. I’ll shut up now. Just know when you need help you honestly will not regret having made that call.

I can't say enough great things about this company! Candy, who answered the phone, was so kind. She did a wonderful job keeping in touch/responding right away and was so helpful with scheduling and reaching out to Seth for us. Seth and his co-worker were great to work with and knowledgeable in their field. They were professional right from the start, fixed the problem right away, cleaned up after themselves, and gave the absolute best price for the work done. It was such a pleasure to work with ENM and their team! Upgrading plumbing for an older house is complicated but they faced every issue with confidence, integrity and professionalism. I really appreciated how thorough they were at each stage of the process and even took on some projects that I expected a handyman or contractor to do. It made the actual plumbing upgrades easier and saved me having to call in additional outside labor. I felt like I could trust the entire project from start to finish and as a single woman who owns a home that is a huge relief. Would definitely recommend!

I needed help with a possible septic issue, left a message this morning 7-31-24, Seth calls within 15 minutes, he has someone here by 10 am not even 1.5 hrs from the time we spoke. Seth and Frank are excellent to talk to and deal with, both guys are very knowledgeable in the plumbing and septic business. I received a text from my client wanting a septic inspection 4 days from closing on his new home. FYI his inspection period in the contract ended more than a month ago.
