Justin and Parker were awesome. I had a pretty bad toilet clog which revealed itself over the course of 3 days of trying to unclog it, but Justin and Parker didn't give up. They tried every modality they could and eventually hydrojetted the clog out from the roof after hours of trying different methods. It was definitely costly at over $2,000, but they didn't give up. Parker is such a well-mannered young man, he even took his shoes off every time before going onto the carpet and left the bathroom clean before leaving. Thank you guys, so happy thats over!

I called on a Sunday evening. The person I spoke with was extremely helpful and friendly. Justin arrived within an hour, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it right away. He was pleasant and professional. I'm so happy to have a new plumber I can trust.

I was referred here by second opinion plumbing who quoted $3,000 for new water softener and install w hookups existing - bc they only work in East valley. I spoke to owner Austin’s wife who was very prompt via phone and text w responses and quoted a very competitive rate (almost half of the above quote) for a new water softener install including a Clack valve with a great warranty. The unit was installed soon after I called and is a very good unit, assembled locally and with great warranty both from the plumbing company and from the manufacturer of the softener. I recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Austin was our repairman. He arrived when he said he would, and quickly got to work. Water heater release valve was dripping a little, and after suggesting that the water heater was getting old, drained the tank and replaced the valve. Also had him replace connector for one of our toilets. And for good measure, checked out a leak on the kitchen faucet. And he passed the sniff test from our dog. We were very satisfied with his service. And gave us a quote on a replacement water heater when we were ready. Will definitely recommend

Justin was great by keeping me up to date on his arrival time. We negotiated a deal to replace the washer hook up valves, but to find that price only included "one" valve. I asked Justin to check the hot water valve to be sure that it isn't leaking also. I was told that the valve was good to only find that it also leaks after taking the hose off. Now, I need to call another plumber to fix the other valve. The only reason that I gave 3 stars is that they negotiated a price that I could afford and Justin was so nice.

We had a very good experience with our technician Justin. He diagnosed the problem and repaired our toilet in about 20 minutes. We asked if he would take a look at our bathroom sink and he found that a piece of the faucet was broken. He went to Home Depot and found the part and installed it with no extra charge! This was a 5 star experience and when we have plumbing issue we will call emergency Plumbing. Reasonable pricing. Highly recommend then to anyone who needs a plumber.

Gave me a honest and reasonable quote and was at the house when they said and it was on the same day. Polite and efficient and I got the best service from the owner which was a plus. Also informed me about mold possibilities because it was a overflow of water from the water heater. Was very appreciative of that, even though it will cost me some additional money. Austin came to our home via a contractor. I had a faulty leak that had nothing to do with contractor job. He went out of his way to locate an unusual valve, quickly sent estimate, and came within a few days, at time arranged, to replace valve. Also fixed a small leak. Both the work he did for contractor job here and for us personally seems to be excellent. He is personable and easy to work with.

We had a problem with our toilet, the overflow tube broke. The toilet was running all day and night, wasting a lot of water. We called emergency Pluming and they came to our home right away. Our plumber Austin repaired our toilet right away. He replaced all the inside guts with all new parts, leaving us a brand new toilet. Emergency Plumbing was fast, professional and guaranteed their work.

I love this company. I called them on a Friday and they're out Saturday morning. I had a shower that would not turn off all the way and they immediately fixed it. Apparently they carry enough parts to take care of almost everything and they cleaned up their mess. Everything works perfect. I am thrilled with their quick response and their price. Once again you saved me! I thought I had really messed up when I change the cartridge of my sink faucet and Austin came out and was able to make the adjustments that were needed literally lasted maybe 5 minutes and had everything completed. Thank you for coming to my rescue and my time of need. I wasn't feeling well because I had knee surgery 3 weeks ago and I was struggling!

Technician came within time window and said he would need to come back next day due to pilot not staying lit. We asked him to at least clean the pilot probe as we were desperate for hot water with a house full of teens. Justin did what he could and was able to get the system back up and running within 20 min and followed up with us the next morning.
